المستخلص: يهدف البحث إلى تقديم أنموذج مقترح لنظام خبير في الجامعات اليمنية من خلال التعرف على أبرز الركائز النظرية النظام الخبير وواقع استخدامه وفق ما أشارت إليه الدراسات والأبحاث، ومتطلبات التطبيق كما يراه الخبراء ولتحقيق أهداف البحث استخدم المنهج الوصفي بنوعية المسحي والتطويري، لجمع البيانات والمعلومات وتم بناء استبانة طبقت وفق أسلوب دلفي على عينة البحث المكونة من (15) خبيرا، تم اختيارهم بطريقة قصدية. وتوصل البحث إلى عدة نتائج أهمها: 1) وجود ضعف في واقع استخدام النظام الخبير من حيث الأجهزة والبرمجيات وهندسة المعرفة، والاستغلال الأمثل للكوادر البشري في الجامعات اليمنية، حسب ما أشارت إليها الدراسات والأبحاث. 2) أن درجة أهمية متطلبات تطبيق النظام الخبير كما يراها الخبراء كانت كبيرة في جميع مجالاتها؛ إذ بلغ الوسط مرجح (2.53). والوزن مئوي (84.3%)؛ حيث حصل المتطلب التقني على المرتبة الأولى بوسط مرجح (2.61)، وزن مئوي (87%)، أما المتطلب الهيكلي (هندسة المعرفة)، فحصل على وسط مرجح (2.56) بوزن مئوي (85.3%) وبدرجة أهمية كبيرة، بينما حصل المتطلب البشري على وسط مرجح (2.42) وبوزن مئوي (81%) وبدرجة كبيرة. 3) بناء أنموذج مقترح لنظام الخبير في الجامعات اليمنية مكون من مدخلات وعمليات ومخرجات، ونتائج، وخطوات التطبيق والتنفيذ.

The research aims to present a proposed model for an expert system in Yemeni universities, by identifying the most prominent theoretical pillars of the expert system, and to identify the reality of the use of the expert system in Yemeni universities according to what studies and research have indicated, and to identify the requirements for the application of the expert system in Yemeni universities as well See it by experts To achieve the objectives of the research, the descriptive approach was used in the quality of the survey and development, to collect data and information, and a questionnaire was applied, which was applied according to the Delphi method modified on the research intention consisting of (15) experts, who were chosen intentionally. The research reached several results, the most important of which are: 1) There is a weakness in the reality of using the expert system in terms of hardware, software, knowledge engineering, and optimal exploitation of human cadres in Yemeni universities, according to what studies and research have indicated. 2) The degree of importance of the requirements of the application of the expert system as perceived by the experts was significant in all fields; the weighted average reached (2.53), and the weight percentile (84.3%), where the technical requirement got the first rank with a weighted medium(2.61), percentage weight (87%),As for the structural requirement (knowledge engineering), it obtained a weighted average (2.56) with a percentage weight (85.3%) with a degree of great importance, while the human requirement obtained a weighted average (2.42), with a weighted weight (81%) with a large degree 3) Building a proposed model for the expert system in Yemeni universities consisting of inputs, processes, outputs, results, and steps for implementation and implementation.
