المستخلص: إن الهدف من هذه الدراسة ينكب حول تسليط الضوء على موضوع مهنة المحاماة والرقمنة بين قواعد التأثير والتأثر، سواء تلك المتعلقة بدواعي وأسباب التوجه نحو التحول الرقمي، ومتطلبات المواكبة والمسايرة لمهنة المحاماة، أو تلك المتعلقة بالتحديات والصعوبات التي تواجه هذا التحول الجدري وانعكاسه المستقبلي على المهنة، نظرا لارتباطه (هذا الموضوع) الوثيق بمجال عمل المحامي ومحيطه، ومساسه بحقوق وحريات المواطن ذات الصلة بالقوانين الإجرائية التي تؤسس لولوجه إلى العدالة والحق في محاكمة عادلة. وهكذا، فالتحول الرقمي اقتضته ظروف العصر وتطوره، وما يوفره من مزايا لخدمة العدالة اقتصادا في الحال والجهد، خاصة في ظل انتشار استخدام الوسائل التكنلوجية المتطورة في جميع مناحي الحياة، ولن تكون مهنة المحاماة بعيدة عن ذلك، ولن تكون بمعزل عن هذه التطورات الجدرية -التكنولوجية الرهيبة -التي تزداد من حولها..، مما يدفعنا إلى طرح الإشكالية التالية: إلى أي مدى استطاعت مهنة المحاماة بالمغرب تهييئ وتوفير المتطلبات اللازمة والكفيلة بجعلها قادرة على الانخراط بالشكل الملائم في ورش التحول الرقمي؟.

The aim of this study is to shed light on the issue of the legal profession (job of a lawyer) and digitization : the rules of influence and vulnerability, either the rules which have to do with the reasons for the trend towards the digital transformation, as well as the need to keep pace with the legal profession, or those related to the challenges and difficulties facing this major transformation and its future impact on the profession. This is due to the fact that this issue is closely connected to the field of lawyers' profession, its surroundings, and its impact on the of citizens (especially the rights related to the procedural laws that establish their access to justice and the right to a fair trial). Needless to say, such digital transformation is imposed by the modern conditions of this era and its development, as well as the advantages that it provides to serve justice, by saving time and effort. This is so especially in the light of the widespread use of advanced technological means in all aspects of life. And, of course, this legal profession will not be far from that, nor will it be isolated from such fast small surrounding technological developments. This leads us to pose the following problematic: To what extent is the legal profession in Morocco able to prepare for and provide the necessary requirements to ensure that it is able to be properly engaged in such digital transformation process?
