The study aims to use the operational research methods represented by the critical path method (using natural time and accelerated time) and Burt's method in planning and following up the completion of construction projects in the French Village Company, with the aim of achieving the optimum time to finish the project in light of the available resources and capabilities and at the lowest possible costs. The study concluded that the failure to use the methods of operations research in the implementation of projects within the company reflected negative effects on the implementation of the first project, as the time period for implementation reached (78) weeks, which is equivalent to (546) days, while the plan was for a period not exceeding (51) weeks. In the natural time, which is equivalent to (357) days, and by adopting the two critical path methods, while the Burt method, the time period was determined as (49.83) weeks, which is equivalent to (348.81) days. The equivalent of (189) days, and the implementation cost was (130.700) one thousand dollars While in the accelerated time, the time period for the implementation of the planned project was not more than (46) weeks, which is equivalent to (322) days, and by adopting the two critical path methods, and while the PERT method, the time period was determined at (49.83) weeks, which is equivalent to (348.81 days), and so there is There is a clear difference between the actual implementation and scientific planning, as it amounted to (32) weeks, which is equivalent to (224) days, and the cost of implementation was (170.300) thousand dollars.
