|b The psychology of health brings a different vision of illness, death and life. In order to help the patient to integrate this painful experience into his life story. At the end of life, it is important to introduce human representations because they need psychological support. Depression in palliative care refers to the dimension of psychic suffering and psychological distress and also physical pain. Depression is a common "comorbidity" in palliative care patients, the consequences of which should not be overlooked by the various palliative care actors. Psychological interventions for people with depression in palliative care, however, their goals are always to enable adaptation and reduce the risk of complications.
|d La psychologie de la santé, apporte une vision différente de la maladie, de la mort et de la vie. Afin d’aider le malade à intégrer cette expérience douloureuse dans son histoire de vie. En fin de vie, il est important d’introduire les représentations humaines car ils ont en besoin du soutien psychologique. La dépression en soins palliatifs renvoie à la dimension de la souffrance psychique et de la détresse psychologique et aussi la douleur physique. La dépression constitue une "comorbidité" fréquente chez les patients en soins palliatifs dont les conséquences ne devraient pas être négligées par les différents acteurs du soin en soins palliatifs. Les interventions psychologiques destinées aux personnes souffrantes de dépression en soins palliatifs, leurs objectifs sont néanmoins toujours de permettre l’adaptation et de réduire le risque de complications.
