المستخلص: تهدف الدراسة إلى بيان الحكم الشرعي لسؤر الحيوانات غير مأكولة اللحم، حيث عرفت في التمهيد اللعاب والسؤر باعتبار أن الدراسة تدور حولهما، ثم بدأت بتصوير المسألة، وتحرير محل النزاع، فالفقهاء متفقون على أن سؤر ما يؤكل لحمه طاهر، وعليه يجوز التطهر به، وأما ما لا يؤكل لحمه فهو على قسمين: قسم: لا يمكن الاحتراز منه غالبا كالهرة وما دونها في الخلقة كالفأرة مثل، وهذا القسم سؤره طاهر. وقسم: يمكن التحرز منه وهو محل البحث والدراسة، ولسهولة التصور قسمت الحيوانات التي لا تؤكل إلى أربعة أقسام، جعلت كل قسم في مطلب: جاء المطلب الأول: بيان أقوال الفقهاء الأربعة في حكم سؤر الخنزير، والثاني: بينت أقوال الفقهاء في حكم سؤر الكلب من حيث النجاسة وعدمها. وفي المطلب الثالث: وضحت حكم سؤر سباع البهائم وجوارح الطير، وختمت البحث بالمطلب الرابع: وهو في إيضاح حكم سؤر البغل وسؤر الحمار الأهلي.

The study aims to showcase the Sharia ruling on the leftovers of inedible animals. In the introductory chapter, saliva and leftovers are defined given that the study revolves around them, then the study illustrates the issue, and investigate the subject of dispute. Scholars agree on the cleanliness of the leftovers of edible animals; whereas the leftovers of inedible animals is of two types: First: the inevitable leftovers of animals such as cats and mice, and this is believed to be clean. Second: the avoidable leftovers of inedible animals and this is investigated further in this study and covered in four sections. Here, we first discuss the sayings of the four Muslim jurists regarding the ruling on the leftovers and saliva of pigs. Then, we discuss the sayings of the four Muslim jurists regarding the ruling on the leftovers and saliva of dogs and its cleanliness. After that, we discuss the sayings of the four Muslim jurists regarding the ruling on the leftovers and saliva of predators of wild beasts and birds. Lastly, discuss the sayings of the four Muslim jurists regarding the ruling on the leftovers and saliva of mules and zonkeys.
