|a هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على طرق وأساليب إدارة الأزمات والتعرف على تداعيات أزمة جائحة كورونا في الشركات العابرة للقارات في السعودية، اعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، من خلال استبانة تم تطبيقها على (99) قيادي من العاملين من القيادات وأعضاء إدارة الأزمة في الشركات العابرة للقارات في السعودية، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى نتائج أهمها وجود درجة كفاءة مرتفعة لإدارة الأزمة لدى قيادات الشركات العابرة للقارات في المملكة العربية السعودية في ظل الأزمات الدولية التي تهدد بقائها بكافة متغيراتها عدى متغير الحد من تداعيات الأزمات الجيوسياسية والصحية فقد كان على مستوى متوسط من الكفاءة. وعلى ضوء النتائج توصلت الدراسة إلى توصيات أهمها الحد من تداعيات الأزمات الجيوسياسية والصحية تحدد إدارة الشركة وقتا كافيا للتخطيط والتفكير في الأزمات غير المتوقعة، المسح الدوري من الممارسات التي تستخدمه الشركة للتعرف على إمكانية حدوث الأزمات.
|b The study aimed to identify the methods and methods of crisis management and to identify the repercussions of the Corona pandemic crisis in transcontinental companies in Saudi Arabia. In Saudi Arabia, the study found the most important results, the most important of which is the presence of a high degree of crisis management efficiency among the leaders of transcontinental companies in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in light of the international crises that threaten their survival with all their variables, except for the variable limiting the repercussions of geopolitical and health crises, which was at a medium level of efficiency. In light of the results, the study reached recommendations, the most important of which is to reduce the repercussions of geopolitical and health crises. The company's management determines sufficient time to plan and think about unexpected crises, and the periodic survey is one of the practices that the company uses to identify the possibility of crises.
