المستخلص: تعد ظاهرة الفروق الفردية من أهم خصائص الوجود الإنساني التي أوجدها الله في خلقه حيث يختلف الأفراد في مستوياتهم العقلية وهذا فضلا عن تمايز اهتماماتهم وسماتهم المختلفة ولذا تهدف الدراسة إلى استنباط مبادئ السنة في مراعاة الفروق الفردية والكشف عن واقع تعامل معلمي لدراسات الإسلامية بالمرحلة الثانوية لمدينة الجنينة في مراعاة الفروق الفردية في المجال الإيماني، العقلي، النفسي، الاجتماعي والاقتصادي، والعلمي. وينبغي أن نتذكر أن المعلم لا يعلم مادة دراسية أو موضوعا معينا وإنما يعلم طلابا هذا ما يميل كثيرا من المعلمين إلى نسيانه فالمادة الدراسية ما هي إلا وسيلة بينما الطالب هو الهدف فمن هذا المبدأ التربوي والنفسي تتلخص أهمية هذه الدراسة. حيث يحظى موضوع الفروق الفردية بأهمية كبـيرة في عملية التربية والتعليم وتشتد الحاجة للدراسة بسبب التوسع العلمي في المجالات لتنوع وسائل التربية وتأثيرها الفعال ولحاجة الطالب لمراعاة استعداداته وقدراته وميوله من خلال معلم يتقـن فن التعامل مع الفروق الفردية المتنوعة، حيث أن هذه الدراسة سعت للوصول إلي وضع حلـول تسهم في تبصير المسؤلين بواقع ممارسة معلمي الدراسات الإسلامية للعملية التعليمية والتربوية وفق مبادئ السنة النبوية في مراعاة الفروق الفردية ووضع الإلية المناسبة لتعزيز الإيجابيات لديهم وتلافي السلبيات. واتبع الباحث في دراسته المنهج الوصفي التحليلي وخلصت الدراسة إلى أن السنة النبوية كانت اسبق من التربية الغربية الحديثة في التأسيس للتعامل مع الفروق الفرديـة بمختلف أنواعها. كما أقرت عاملي الوراثة والبيئة واشتراكهما في التأثير على الفروق الفردية. حيث تعاملت السنة النبوية مع الأفراد بحسب ما يملكونه من إمكانات وقدرات؛ وبحسب سن كل فـرد كما فرقت وبصورة واضحة بين الذكر والأنثى في التعامل بحسب قدرات كل واحد منهما.

The apparent individual differences are one of the most important characteristics of human existence .God is good. God created him in his creation, where individuals differ in their mental levels. And the he revealed the locations of Islamic studies teachers at the secondary stage dealing with their fetus, taking into account individual differences in the field of faith the mental, the forgotten, social the economic, and the scientific, and it is watered that the work of the taking that the teacher does not teach a subject or a specific subject, but rather teaches. This is whet many teachers tend to forget .study, where the subject of individual differences is of great importance in the process of educati0n and the Deanship is running the need for study because of the scientific expansion in the fields of the variety of means of education and their effective impact and the need for a person ot assist the students observance to take into account this preparations, a bitities and inclinations through a teacher who masters the art of dealing with diverse individual .As this study was sent to come up with solutions that contribute to facilitating the officials with the reality of the practice of Islamic teachers of the educational and pedagogical process in accordance with the principles of the prophetic funned in taking into account individual differences and setting the appropriate mechanism to strengthen the positives of their lard and to eliminate the negatives. In this study the researcher followed the descriptive analytical method and the study concluded that the prophetic Sunnah was earlier than the western education, where in the establishment to deal with individual differences of various kinds, As a approved by the factors of genetics and the environment and the their participation in influencing the difference in the individual where the sunnah deals with individuals in their souse of whet to have it of capabilities’ and abilities, and according to the age of each individual, as it was known and clearly between male and female in dealing according to abilities of the each and an order in cladding.
