|a يهدف البحث إلى التعرف على تأثير برنامج تأهيلي مقترح بمصاحبة للتنبيه الكهربائي على مصابي الفقرات العنقية من خلال التعرف على:- - استخدام الباحثون للمنهج التجريبي بنظام المجموعة التجريبية الواحدة لمناسبته لطبيعة هذا البحث على عينة قوامها (14) من الذكور والإناث وتتراوح أعمار أفراد العينة ما بين (35- 45) سنة. تم تحديد مجتمع البحث بالطريقة العمدية من المترددين على أحد مراكز للعلاج الطبيعي والتأهيل بسرس الليان- محافظة المنوفية، والمصابين بالانزلاق الغضروفي العنقي وقد بلغ عددهم (14) حالة من الذكور، ولا تحتاج حالاتهم إلى التدخل الجراحي وفقا لتشخيص الطبيب المتخصصين مدعوما بنتائج الأشعة، ومن ثم تم استبعاد الإناث ليصبح العدد (11) ذكر مصاب وتتراوح أعمارهم من (30: 65) سنة، ومن خلال حساب أكبر تجمع للأفراد حيز زمني مدته (10) سنوات وجد أن الغالبية العظمى تقع بين (35: 45) سنة، لذا تم استبعاد الباقي وهم (3) مصابين. تم اختيار عينة البحث بالطريقة العشوائية للذكور وقد بلغ قوامها (8) حالة من المرضى الذكور الذين تتراوح أعمارهم من سن (35: 45) سنة، تم سحب (2) كعينة استطلاعية، والباقي (6) العينة التجريبية. وقد أظهرت نتائج البحث أن التأثير الإيجابي للبرنامج القائم. وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين القياسين القبلي والبعدي لصالح القياس البعدي للمجموعة، البرنامج التأهيلي المقترح ذو تأثير إيجابي على المصابين بالانزلاق الغضروفي للفقرات العنقية. البرنامج التأهيلي المقترح أثر من خلال استعادة المدى الحركي الطبيعي ومرونة العضلة العاملة على الرقبة لدى أفراد عينة البحث.
|b The research aims to identify the effect of a proposed rehabilitation program accompanied by electrical stimulation on cervical vertebrae injured by identifying: The researchers used the experimental method in a single experimental group system due to its relevance to the nature of this research on a sample of (14) males and females, and the ages of the sample members ranged between (35-45) years. The research community was determined by the intentional method of those attending a physiotherapy and rehabilitation center in Sars El Layan- Menoufia Governorate, and those with cervical herniated discs, and their number reached (14) male cases, and their cases do not need surgical intervention according to the diagnosis of a specialized doctor supported by the results of x-rays, and then Females were excluded, bringing the number to (11) infected males, and their ages ranged from (30: 65) years, and by calculating the largest gathering of individuals in a time space of (10) years, it was found that the vast majority fall between (45:35) years, so the rest were excluded They are (3) injured. The research sample was chosen randomly for males and it consisted of (8) male patients whose ages ranged from (45:35) years old, (2) were withdrawn as an exploratory sample, and the rest (6) was an experimental sample. The results of the research showed that the positive effect of the existing program. There are statistically significant differences between the pre and post measurements in favor of the group post measurement, the proposed rehabilitation program has a positive effect on those with herniated discs of the cervical vertebrae. The proposed rehabilitation program affected by restoring the natural range of motion and flexibility of the muscle working on the neck.
