يهدف البحث إلى وضع رؤية مستقبلية لإنشاء محكمة رياضية مختصة من خلال التعرف على ممارسة الرياضة حق للجميع والفصل بين السلطات واختصاصات المحكمة الرياضية والقضاء المتخصص الناجز هو من أهم عوامل الإصلاح الاقتصادي وتوفير الخبراء والمتخصصين الرياضيين وقانون الرياضة المصرية وارتباطه بالقوانين والقواعد والمواثيق الدولية واستخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي بالأسلوب المسحي لمناسبته لطبيعة هذا البحث. يشتمل مجتمع البحث على بعض من كلا من (أساتذة القانون- أساتذة الإدارة الرياضية- رؤساء المحاكم- رؤساء مجالس إدارات الأندية الرياضية- المحامين- رؤساء الاتحادات الرياضية) وقد تم اختيار عينة البحث بالطريقة العمدية من مجتمع البحث حيث تم سحب منهم عدد (30) فردا كعينة للدراسة الاستطلاعية، وأصبحت عينة البحث الأساسية (120) فرد.
The research aims to develop a future vision for the establishment of a specialized sports court by recognizing the practice of sport as a right for all and the separation of powers and competencies of the sports court and the accomplished specialized judiciary is one of the most important factors of economic reform and the provision of sports experts and specialists and the Egyptian sports law and its link to international laws, rules and charters The researcher used the descriptive method in the survey method for its relevance to the nature of this research. The research community includes some of (professors of law- professors of sports management- heads of courts- heads of boards of directors of sports clubs- lawyers- heads of sports federations). As a sample for the exploratory study, the main research sample became (120) individuals. The researcher concluded that the Ministry of Youth and Sports is working to increase the base of practicing sports. Practicing sports is a right for everyone and helps national security. There are general and subsidiary goals for the importance of practicing sports on public health and social cohesion for the Egyptian society. There are no subsidiary judicial departments to decide on sports problems, there are There is a consensus between the judicial and legislative bodies regarding the necessity of establishing a sports court.
