المستخلص: يهدف البحث إلى تقويم الاتحاد المصري للجمباز في ضوء معايير جودة العمل الإداري، واستخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي نظرا لملاءمته لطبيعة البحث، واشتملت عينة البحث على (140) إداري ومدرب، تم إجراء الدراسة الأساسية على عينة قوامها (110) إداري ومدرب، كما تم إجراء الدراسة الاستطلاعية على عينة قوامها (30) إداري ومدرب من نفس مجتمع البحث وخارج العينة الأساسية. وبعد جمع البيانات والمعالجات الإحصائية والنتائج التي توصل إليه الباحث أمكن التوصل إلى الاستخلاصات والتوصيات الآتية: - توافرت بعض شروط العمل الإداري داخل الاتحاد المصري الجمباز ولكن هناك قصور في البعض الآخر. - وجود صعوبة في التخطيط للبرامج المختلفة داخل الاتحاد المصري للجمباز العمل بالآراء المقترحة من قبل جميع اللجان. - توطيد العلاقات بين الاتحاد المصري للجمباز والاتحاد الدولي ليتسن له الحصول على كافة البيانات والمعلومات والنماذج المصممة دوليا والمتوافر بها معايير وشروط جودة العمل الإداري. - ضرورة الاستفادة من الأبحاث التي تقدم من كليات التربية الرياضية والمتعلقة بالاتحاد المصري للجمباز والعمل وفق معايير جودة العمل الإداري للنهوض برياضة الجمباز محليا ودوليا.

The research aims to evaluate the Egyptian Gymnastics Federation in light of the standards of quality of administrative work, and the researcher used the descriptive method due to its suitability to the nature of the research, and included the sample of research on (140) administrative and trainer, the basic study was conducted on a sample consisting of (110) administrative and trainer, as was conducted the survey on a sample of (30) administrative and trainer from the same research community and outside the basic sample. After collecting the data and statistical treatments and the results reached by the researcher, the following conclusions and recommendations could be reached: • The availability of some administrative working conditions within the Egyptian Gymnastics Federation, but there are shortcomings in others. • There is difficulty in planning various programs within the Egyptian Gymnastics Federation to work with the opinions proposed by all committees. • Strengthening relations between the Egyptian Gymnastics Federation and the International Federation so that it can obtain all the data, information and models designed internationally and that meet the standards and conditions for the quality of administrative work • The need to benefit from the research presented by the faculties of physical education and related to the Egyptian Gymnastics Federation and to work according to the quality standards of administrative work to advance gymnastics locally and internationally.
