المستخلص: يتداخل علم المكتبات مع كل من علم الآثار وعلم المخطوطات أو الوثائق فهو مثلث متكامل متشعب فيما بينه وأطرافه الثلاث هدفهم الحفاظ على التراث وتيسير الحصول على المعلومات ونشر الثقافة في المجتمع المصري. فنجد المجلس الأعلى للآثار هو الجهة الحكومية في مصر المعنية والمسئولة عن كل ما يتعلق بالإشراف على التراث الحضاري للبلاد؛ وهو المسئول عن سلامته وإدارته وحمايته وحفظه وعرضه وتوثيقه والأبحاث الخاصة به والتمثيل الإعلامي. ومن أبرز مهامه استثمار موارد تمويل مشروعات الآثار والمتاحف في النهوض بمشروعات الآثار ونشر الثقافة الأثرية بالتعاون مع الهيئات المحلية والأجنبية. كما قطاع المتاحف التابع للمجلس الأعلى للآثار بوزارة السياحة والآثار، بأن جميع الخدمات والأنشطة التي يتم تقديمها لجميع فئات المجتمع من تدريبات، محاضرات بالمتاحف أو محاضرات وتدريبات Online على التطبيقات الافتراضية المختلفة وأيضا ورش العمل والمعارض الفنية وكذلك أنشطة الحرف التراثية وورش عملها والتي تقام بالمتاحف المصرية التابعة له جميعها مجانية؛ وذلك للتعريف بالهوية المصرية وترسيخ المعلومات التاريخية الصحيحة لدى العامة. وفى مجال الأرشفة نجد دار الكتب والوثائق القومية هي ممثل التراث المصري فهي المكتبة الوطنية المعنية بحفظ وصيانة مقتنيات الدار التراثية والمخطوطات وتنظيمها والتعريف بها والإعلام عنها، العمل على إحياء التراث العربي ونشر الوعي الثقافي بين أفراد المجتمع. وفي هذا البحث يتم تناول الثلاث علوم السابق ذكرها مع التعريف بالتقنيات الحديثة المتاحة للأرشفة وإبراز الروابط فيما بينهم وتسليط الضوء على خدمات كل منهم لدعم وتعزيز الثقافة مجتمع معرف واعٍ؛ مع وضع توصيات لتعزيز التعاون فيما بينهم لخدمات أشمل تفيد المجتمع المصري بكافة طوائفه، فالتراث والفكر ليس حكر على طائفة بعينها.

As the Museums Sector of the Supreme Council of Antiquities at the Ministry of Tourism and Antiquities, that all services and activities that are provided to all segments of society from training, lectures in museums or online lectures and training on various virtual applications, as well as workshops and art exhibitions, as well as heritage crafts activities and workshops that are held in Egyptian museums affiliated Its all free; This is to introduce the Egyptian identity and consolidate correct historical information to the public. In the field of archiving, we find the National Library and Documentation House is the representative of the Egyptian heritage. It is the national library concerned with preserving and maintaining the heritage house’s holdings and manuscripts, organizing, introducing and informing about them, working to revive the Arab heritage and spreading cultural awareness among members of society. In this research, the three aforementioned sciences are addressed with the definition of modern techniques available for archiving, highlighting the links between them and highlighting the services of each of them to support and enhance culture for a conscious knowledge society, with recommendations to enhance cooperation among them for more comprehensive services that benefit the Egyptian community in all its sects, heritage and thought are not A monopoly on a particular sect.
