In this work, multi-modality approaches were used to generate the benefits of digitizing the drug supply chain. A review of the theoretical literature was conducted to capture the key concepts and interactions between them, also interviewing and analyzing the staff of Tlemcen University Hospital pharmacies to determine the various causes of drug shortages. Focusing on the role of the "EPIPHARM" and "G-PHARM" software in the hospital pharmacy. A set of results were reached, including: IT can modernize the pharmaceutical supply chain in a way that can also serve the common goals of the economy by reducing costs and improving the quality of care provided. |
