|a تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تحقيق هدف رئيس يتمثل في التعرف على مدى معالجة المصرية لقضايا ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة في ضوء التشريعات والقوانين المصرية الداعمة لها، ويتفرع من هذا الهدف الرئيس مجموعة من الأهداف الفرعية، والتي يتمثل أهمها في الآتي: - التعرف على مدى اهتمام الصحف بقضايا ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة. - رصد أهم قضايا ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة التي تناولتها الصحف المصرية عينة الدراسة. - التعرف على معدل تصفح النخب المصرية لمواقع الصحف المصرية عينة الدراسة التي تناولت قضايا ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة. وتعتبر الدراسة الحالية من البحوث الوصفية، وقد اعتمدت الدراسة على منهج تحليل المضمون، واعتمدت أيضا على استمارة استبيان، وتوصلت إلى اختلاف القضايا التي تناولتها صحف الدراسة، حيث أعطت جريدة (المصري اليوم) الاهتمام الأكبر لقضايا التعليم، بينما اهتمت جريدة (الجمهورية) بقضايا الدعم بشكل عام، وحرصت جريدة (اليوم السابع) على الاهتمام بقضايا الدعم، وأشارت النتائج إلى عدم رضا النخب المصرية عن تناول الصحف عينة الدراسة لقضايا ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة، وإنها كانت بحاجة إلى اهتمام أكبر من حيث طرح التشريعات القانونية وآليات التطبيق والمشكلات الموجودة بالقوانين وطرح الحلول لها.
|b This study aims to achieve a major goal of identifying the extent to which Egyptians address issues with special needs in light of Egyptian legislation and laws supporting them, and the main objective is a set of sub-objectives, the most important of which are: - To learn about the interest of newspapers in special needs issues. - Monitoring the most important issues of people with special needs addressed in the Egyptian press sample of the study. - Learn about the rate at which Egyptian elites browse egyptian newspaper websites sample the study that dealt with issues with special needs. The current study is a descriptive research, and the study relied on the content analysis method, and also relied on a questionnaire, I came up with, Different issues addressed by the study newspapers, where the newspaper (ALMasri Al- Youm) gave the greatest attention to education issues, While al-Jumhuriya newspaper was interested in support issues in general, al-Youm VII was keen to take care of support issues, The results also indicated that The Egyptian elites are dissatisfied with the newspapers' handling of the sample study of issues with special needs, It needed greater attention in terms of introducing legal legislation, application mechanisms, problems with laws and solutions to them.
