The study Objective: identify informational anxiety and its components, study managerial administration at the University of Mosul, measure the impact of informational anxiety on managerial administration at the University of Mosul. Methodology and design: The analytical descriptive approach was relied upon, and a questionnaire was designed and distributed to the directors of divisions and administrative units at the University of Mosul, and the data was analyzed using the SPSS and SMARTPLS programs. Conclusion and result: The study reached the following results: Informational anxiety arises due to a group of components that would create a turbulent environment for administrative decision-making for managers of divisions and administrative units. There is a positive effect of informational anxiety on administrative decision-making at the University of Mosul, there is a positive effect of developing concepts in managerial administration at the University of Mosul, there is a positive effect of recognizing the need in managerial administration at the University of Mosul, there is a positive effect of finding information on managerial administration at the University of Mosul. conductor. There is a positive effect of evaluating information on managerial administration at the University of Mosul. There is a positive effect of access to information on administrative decision-making at the University of Mosul. There is a positive effect of using information in making administrative decisions at the University of Mosul Recommendation: Develop strategic plans related to the entities responsible for collecting internal and external data and information, and work to secure their needs for competent human resources, equipment and appropriate material support. |
