المستخلص: حفل التاريخ الإيران أبان العهد القاجاري 1795-1925، بشخصيات نخبوي متجدد، أحدث تغيرا فكريا ملموسا على البنية السياسية والاجتماعية للدولة، فانطلقت من خلالها تيارات فكرية تحديثية، ترى أن المجتمع أولى بالتنمية والتمكين، وأي تغير في حوالها يعني الصعود على السلم الأول نحو تحقيق الهدف، فتجاوز المستويات الأساسي سيكون حتما لمصلحة شخوص الدولة المستبدة، التي سوف تجند أدواتها للقضاء على البذرة التحديثية النامية. تمثل شخصيتنا المدروسة "ملك المتكلمين" عمقا علميا مفكرا يصلح أن يطلق عليها ميرابو الثور الدستورية وخطيبها الفذ، قدم في كتاباته الفكرة وأثرها وكيفت الاستفادة منها، وطريقة عرضها على المجتمع بإيصالها إلى الشباب، وهؤلاء هم الأقدر على النهوض بها، إذ ما فهموها بشكلها الصحيح، وقد وصف لهم الدولة القاجارية والسلطة الحاكمة بالكهل الذي ظل يروح في مكانه، ولا يستطيع الحرك، وأن الظروف باتت متهيئة لحداث الغير المرجو، حتى أن قدم الشباب التضحيات، فلا يأتي التغير دون خسائر، لكنها سترسم مستقبل جديد لهم يكنون هم الأساس في تحقيق العدالة والمساواة، وعندما يتحقق ذلك سوف يتلمس الشباب تضحياتهم التي قدموها في سبيل التغير. صنعت الخطابات التشجيعية لملك المتكلمين كيان ثقافي خاص أبان الثورة الدستورية بل صار ينظر إليه ذلك الأديب الذي فضح القاجارية وحاشيتهم، فقد شخص مكامن الخلل، وطلب إصلاحه، وقد وصفت أعمالها وخطاباته بأنها تجذير لحل المشكلة فهو ينتقل من القاع إلى قمم المجتمع بذلك تكون عملية التغير ناجحة إذ ما أصلحت القاعدة، وهو ما سيتم تناوله في عنوان بحثنا.

Our studied character, " Malk Mutakallimni ", represents a deep scientific thinker who can be called Mirabeau the Constitutional Bull and her outstanding orator. In his writings, he presented the idea and its impact and how to benefit from it, and the way to present it to society by delivering it to young people, and these are the most capable of promoting it, since they understood it in its correct form. He described to them the Qajar state and the ruling authority as a man who kept moving in his place and could not move, and that the conditions had become prepared for the unwanted events, even if the young people made sacrifices, change would not come without losses, but it would chart a new future for them who would be the basis for achieving justice and equality. When this is achieved, young people will feel the sacrifices they made for the sake of change. The encouraging speeches of the Malk Mutakallimni made a special cultural entity during the constitutional revolution. Rather, he was seen by that writer who exposed the Qajar and their entourage. He identified the fault lines, and asked to fix it. Her actions and speeches were described as rooting to solve the problem, as he moves from the bottom to the tops of society, thus the process of change will be Successful as long as it reformed the base, which will be addressed in the title of our research.
