المستخلص: هدف البحث إلى التعرف على الإطار الفكري والفلسفي لمجتمعات التعلم المهنية، وتحديد أهم ملامح متطلبات توظيف المستحدثات التكنولوجية كمدخل لتطوير مجتمعات التعلم المهنية بمدارس التعليم الأساسي في ضوء المتغيرات العصرية، والوقوف على واقع ممارسات مجتمعات التعلم المهنية لتطوير منظومة التعليم الأساسي، من خلال وضع رؤية لتوظيف المستحدثات التكنولوجية كمدخل لتطوير مجتمعات التعلم المهنية بمدارس التعليم الأساسي، حيث تعتبر مجتمعات التعلم المهنية أحد الأساليب الواعدة لتحسين النظم التعليمية، وركيزة أساسية في برامج التطوير والتنمية المهنية للمعلم، والتي تطور مفهومها باعتبار المدرسة المجتمع والوحدة الرئيسة في إحداث التحولات الفعالة، ووسيلة منهجية لتحسين أداء التعليم والتعلم والثقافة المدرسية، من خلال أهمية توافر المستحدثات التكنولوجية وتوظيفها بمدارس التعليم الأساسي؛ وذلك لتقديم المعارف والمعلومات بالطرق والأساليب التي تتناسب مع متطلبات القرن الحادي والعشرون، ولعل هذا ما كان دافعًا إلى محاولة تحديد مدى توظيف هذه المستحدثات بمدارس التعليم الأساسي ومدى الحاجة لاقتنائها، وقد توصل البحث إلى ضرورة توظيف المستحدثات التكنولوجية كمدخل لتطوير مجتمعات التعلم المهنية بمدارس التعليم الأساسي في ضوء المتغيرات العصرية، حيث يمكن إعداد البرامج التي تتفق وحاجة المتعلمين بسهولة ويسر، وذلك من حيث عرض المادة العلمية، وتحديد نقاط ضعف المتعلمين، ومن ثم إمكانية طرح الأنشطة العلاجية التي تتفق وحاجة المتعلمين، كما يمكن عن طريق المستحدثات التكنولوجية تقليل زمن التعلم وزيادة التحصيل العلمي، بالإضافة إلي تثبيت وتقريب المفاهيم العلمية للمتعلم، كذلك يمكن استخدام خدمات الإنترنت في التعليم، والتي تتميز عن غيرها من الأدوات التعليمية في أن البحث عن المعلومات من خلالها يوفر جوًا من المتعة، حيث يختلف شكل المدرسة التي تقوم الدراسة فيها على أساس فكرة توظيف المستحدثات التكنولوجية، عنها في المدرسة التي تعتمد الدراسة فيها على العملية التعليمية التقليدية، وذلك لأن استخدام المستحدثات التكنولوجية في العملية التعليمية، تؤدي إلى فعاليتها، وإثراء نوعية التعليم.

The aim of the research is to identify the intellectual and philosophical framework of professional learning communities, and to identify the most important features of the requirements for employing technological innovations as an entrance to the development of professional learning communities in basic education schools in the light of modern changes, and to identify the reality of the practices of professional learning communities to develop the basic education system, by setting a vision for employing innovations Technological as an entrance to the development of professional learning communities in basic education schools, where professional learning communities are considered one of the promising methods for improving educational systems, and an essential pillar in the teacher’s professional development and development programs, which develop its concept as the school is a community and the main unit in making effective transformations، and a methodological means to improve the performance of teaching and learning and school culture, through the importance of the availability of technological innovations and their use in basic education schools; This is to provide knowledge and information in ways and methods that fit the requirements of the twenty-first century, and perhaps this was what motivated the attempt to determine the extent to which these innovations are employed in basic education schools and the extent of the need to acquire them. In light of modern variables, where it is possible to prepare programs that conform to the needs of the learners easily and conveniently, in terms of presenting the scientific material, identifying the learners’ weaknesses, and then the possibility of offering remedial activities that match the needs of the learners, and through technological innovations it is possible to reduce learning time and increase academic achievement In addition to establishing and approximating the scientific concepts of the learner, Internet services can also be used in education, which is distinguished from other educational tools in that the search for information through it provides an atmosphere of pleasure, as the form of the school in which the study is based on the idea of employing technological innovations differs. than in the school in which the study depends on the traditional educational process, because the use of technological innovations Accessibility in the educational process, lead to its effectiveness, and enrich the quality of education.
