المستخلص: تعد الأثار الاجتماعية للاستيطان الصهيوني في فلسطين من المواضيع الحيوية والهامة التي تشغل الباحثين في العالم العربي والإسلامي، لما لها من دور كبير وفاعل في الدراسة والبحث، وتهدف إلى إعطاء صورة واضحة عن الدراسات العلمية والأكاديمية، كي يصل الباحثون إلى حقائق ونتائج جديدة تخدم الجميع، وإتمام الدراسات العلمية، وإبرازها على شكل دراسة علمية هادفة، وتقديم الخدمات الأساسية والعلمية للباحثين في هذا المجال، والكشف عن الأسباب الكامنة وراء هذه الأثار التي كانت وما زالت تؤرق الباحثين بالدراسة والبحث، ولما لها من دور كبير في إثراء الدراسات العلمية والأكاديمية في الجامعات وانعكاس ذلك بشكل إيجابي على المجتمع، وتجلى ذلك في الدراسات والبحوث العلمية التي قدمها المؤرخون والباحثون عن تلك الحقبة الزمنية، والتي دخلت التاريخ من أوسع أبوابه وما زالت ذاكرتها في أذهان العرب والفلسطينيين، ومصدر بحث ودراسة للأجيال القادمة وحتى يومنا هذا، وتكمن أهمية الدراسة في أنها دراسة حيوية تعالج مسألة بحثية تشغل المجتمعات العربية والجامعات والمؤسسات البحثية في العالم، وتوثق لمرحلة تاريخية حاسمة في تاريخ الصراع الفلسطيني الصهيوني، كما تكمن أهميتها في الأثار السلبية التي انبثقت عن الاحتلال الصهيوني وانعكست على المجتمع الفلسطيني والأجيال اللاحقة. تهدف الدراسة إلى رصد الأثار الاجتماعية للاستيطان الصهيوني في فلسطين، في الفترة التي تلت توقيع اتفاقية أوسلو في ‎١٣‏ سبتمبر ‎١٩٩٣‏ م، بين منظمة التحرير الفلسطينية، والكيان الصهيوني في الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية، من حيث تتبع الأثار الاجتماعية والعمليات الاستيطانية، والحقائق الموجودة على الأرض، وما نتج عنه ذلك من آثار وانعكاسات على المجتمع الفلسطيني، ورغم غموض الاتفاق فيما يتعلق بموضوع الاستيطان، فإن الكيان الصهيوني واصل نهجه وبقيت عمليات البناء مستمرة، كما استمر في صمته تجاه إنشاء البؤر الاستيطانية الغير قانوني في عرف الاحتلال، لمعرفته أنها ستصبح أمرا واقعا مفروضا في وقت لاحق، وكل هذه المعطيات أثرت في حياة الفلسطينيين اليومية، ومست جميع الجوانب الأمنية والسياسية والاقتصادية والاجتماعية والتعليمية، وجانب المقدسات الإسلامية والمسيحية أيضا، مما يدل على خطورة المشاريع الاستيطانية التي نفذها الصهاينة على الأراضي المحتلة، تمثل هذه الدراسة الأثار الاجتماعية للاستيطان الصهيوني على فلسطين بعد اتفاقية أوسلو 1597 م، لما تشكله من خطر حقيقي على المجتمع الفلسطيني في فلسطين، وفي ختام الدراسة استعرض الباحث مواقف الصهاينة مما جرى بسبب تلك المخططات الرامية إلى الاستحواذ على مساحات شاسعة من أراضي الفلسطينيين، وبناء مئات المستوطنات، والكتل الاستيطانية عليها. وتكمن مشكلة الدراسة في تفاقم الأثار الاجتماعية للاستيطان الصهيوني في فلسطين، وتحمل الفلسطينيون وحدهم تبعات هذا الاستيطان وجاءت هذه الدراسة للإجابة على الأسئلة التالية: ما الاستيطان الصهيوني وما هي أهدافه؟ ما الأثار الاجتماعية الناتجة عن هذا الاستيطان. واتبع الباحث المنهج التاريخي والوصفي في هذه الدراسة للكشف عن الأثار الاجتماعية التي لحقت بالفلسطينيين.

The social effects of the Zionist settlement in Palestine are among the vital and important topics that occupy researchers in the Arab and Islamic world, because of their large and active role in study and research, and aim to give a clear picture of scientific and academic studies, so that researchers can reach new facts and results that serve everyone, Completing scientific studies, highlighting them in the form of a purposeful scientific study, providing basic and scientific services to researchers in this field, and revealing the reasons behind these effects that were and still bother researchers with study and research, and because of their major role in enriching scientific and academic studies in universities and their reflection This was positively impacted on society, and this was evident in the studies and scientific research presented by historians and researchers about that time period, which entered history from its widest doors and its memory is still in the minds of Arabs and Palestinians, and a source of research and study for future generations to this day. The importance of the study lies in the fact that it is a vital study that deals with a research issue that occupies Arab societies, universities and research institutions in the world, and documents a decisive historical stage in the history of the Palestinian-Zionist conflict. The study aims to monitor the social effects of the Zionist settlement in Palestine, in the period following the signing of the Oslo Agreement on September 13, 1993 AD, between the Palestine Liberation Organization and the Zionist entity in the United States of America, in terms of tracking the social impacts and settlement operations, the facts on the ground, and what This resulted in effects and repercussions on Palestinian society, and despite the ambiguity of the agreement regarding the issue of settlements, the Zionist entity continued its approach and construction operations continued, as it continued its silence towards the establishment of illegal settlement outposts in the context of the occupation, knowing that they would become a fait accompli at the time. Later, and all these facts affected the daily lives of the Palestinians, and touched all the security, political, economic, social and educational aspects, and the Islamic and Christian sanctities as well, which indicates the danger of the settlement projects carried out by the Zionists on the occupied lands. This study represents the social effects of the Zionist settlement on Palestine after the agreement Oslo 1993, because of the real danger it poses to the Palestinian society in Palestine, and in At the conclusion of the study, the researcher reviewed the positions of the Zionists about what happened due to those plans aimed at acquiring vast areas of Palestinian land, and building hundreds of settlements, and settlement blocs on them. The problem of the study lies in the exacerbation of the social effects of the Zionist settlement in Palestine, and the Palestinians alone bear the consequences of this settlement. This study came to answer the following questions: What is the Zionist settlement and what are its goals? What are the social consequences of this settlement? The researcher followed the historical and descriptive method in this study to reveal the social effects on the Palestinians.
