المستخلص: إن غالبية النساء غير ملمة بالمهارات والتعليم الكافي مما يؤهلها إلى الانخراط في سوق العمل الرسمية ويكون العمل في القطاع غير الرسمي المنفذ المتاح أمامها، حيث أن عمل المرأة في السوق غير الرسمية هو اقل حماية من جانب التشريعات والقوانين وله أثار اقتصادية واجتماعية على المرأة فهو يمثل مصدر الدخل لهن لمواجهة أعباء المعيشة، لذلك استهدفت تلك الدراسة إلى تحقيق الأهداف التالية: 1- تحديد متطلبات تأهيل المرأة الفقيرة لسوق العمل الحر، 2- التوصل إلى مقترحات لتفعيل متطلبات تأهيل المرأة الفقيرة لسوق العمل من منظور الممارسة العامة. وتحددت تساؤلات الدراسة في تساؤل رئيسي مؤداه ما متطلبات تأهيل المرأة الفقيرة لسوق العمل الحر من منظور الممارسة العامة للخدمة الاجتماعية؟ ويتفرع من التساؤل الرئيسي التساؤلات الفرعية الأتية: 1- ما متطلبات تأهيل المرأة الفقيرة لسوق العمل الحر الخاصة بالتدريب والتأهيل؟ 2-ما متطلبات تأهيل المرأة الفقيرة لسوق العمل الحر الخاصة بالتشغيل والتوظيف؟ 3-ما متطلبات تأهيل المرأة الفقيرة لسوق العمل الحر الخاصة بالتسويق؟ 4-ما المعوقات التي تواجه متطلبات تأهيل المرأة الفقيرة لسوق العمل الحر؟ وتوصلت الدراسة إلى هناك متطلبات لتأهيل المرأة الفقيرة في سوق العمل الحر وأن تلك الفئة تحتاج إلى متطلبات خاصة بالتدريب والتأهيل ومتطلبات خاصة بالتشغيل والتوظيف ومتطلبات خاصة بالتسويق.

The majority of women are not familiar with the skills and adequate education, which qualifies them to engage in the formal labor market, and work in the informal sector is the outlet available to them, Women's work in the informal market is less protected by legislation and laws and has economic and social effects on women, as it represents a source of income for them to face the burden of living, Objectives of the study: The study seeks to achieve the following objectives, Determining the requirements for qualifying poor women for the free labor market, Reaching proposals to activate the requirements to qualify poor women for labor robberies from the perspective of general practice, Study questions: What are the requirements for qualifying poor women for the free labor market from the perspective of the general practice of social work? The following sub-questions are derived from the main question, What are the requirements for qualifying poor women for the free labor market for training and rehabilitation? What are the requirements to qualify poor women for the free labor market for employment and employment? What are the marketing requirements for poor women to qualify for the self-employment market ? What are the obstacles that face the requirements of qualifying poor women for the free labor market? The study concluded that there are requirements to rehabilitate poor women in the free labor market, and that this category needs special training and qualification requirements, employment and employment requirements, and marketing requirements.
