|a وجدت الدراسة قصورا كبيرا من ناحية استخدام البنوك المصرية (محل الدراسة) للإعلام الإلكتروني الخاص بها لتوعية بأهمية الأمن المعلوماتي، حيث لاحظت أيضا الباحثتين قلة المنشورات التحذيرية المتواجدة على صفحات الفيسبوك التابعة للبنوك المصرية (محل الدراسة)، كما توصلت الدراسة إلى قلة اهتمام الجمهور المتابع لهذه الصفحات بالمنشورات التحذيرية التي تضعها هذه البنوك فأغلبية تعليقاتهم كانت لا ترتبط بموضوع هذه المنشورات، ويمكن إرجاع ذلك لعدم اهتمام هذه الصفحات بالشكل الكافي بالجوانب الفنية والشكلية الخاصة بهذه المنشورات حتي تجذب انتباه الجمهور المتابع لها إليها بشكل أكبر وتحقق المرجو منها.
|b The study confirmed that the studied Egyptian banks limited their use of electronic media in raising the awareness on the importance of information security. Also, the results assured that the banks pages audience had low interest in the warning publications set by these banks as the majority of their comments were not linked to these publications subjects. This is due to the lack of technical and formal aspects of these publications which are able to attract the audience attention more often and achieve the intended goals.
