المستخلص: أستهدف البحث لتحديد الخدمات المقدمة من خلال الشراكة بين التنظيمات الرسمية وغير الرسمية لمواجهة المشكلات السكانية في ضوء المبادرات القومية، وتحديد آليات الشراكة بين التنظيمات الرسمية وغير الرسمية لمواجهة المشكلات السكانية في ضوء المبادرات القومية، وتحديد معوقات الشراكة بين التنظيمات الرسمية وغير الرسمية لمواجهة المشكلات السكانية في ضوء المبادرات القومية، وتحديد المقترحات لتفعيل الشراكة بين التنظيمات الرسمية وغير الرسمية لمواجهة المشكلات السكانية في ضوء المبادرات القومية، وقد توصل البحث إلى ضرورة زيادة حجم الشراكة بين الجمعيات الأهلية والمنظمات الحكومية لتعميم مبادرة 2 كفاية على جميع المحافظات، ضرورة إشراك القيادات في برامج التوعية للمستفيدين من البرنامج حتى يمكن زيادة وعيهم بأبعاد التنمية مع تكثيف برامج التوعية بتنظيم الأسرة للمواطنين، العمل على تحسين وتطوير البرامج التدريبية في ضوء المبادرات القومية، إزالة المعوقات التي تواجه المنظمات الأهلية وتحول دون قيام شراكة حقيقية وفاعلة بينهما، كما أكد على ضرورة وجود جهاز ينسق بين المنظمات الأهلية وبعضها وبينها وبين المنظمات الحكومية وذلك لضمان جودة الخدمات المقدمة للمجتمع، واستخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي حيث اعتمدت على منهج دراسة الحالة.

The research also emphasized the need for a coordinating body between NGOs and some of them and between them and governmental organizations in order to ensure the quality of services provided to the community. The study used the descriptive approach, as it relied on the case study approach.
