المستخلص: إن مسألة دلالة العام - عند الأصوليين- وكونها قطعية أو ظنية من مسائل أمهات الأصول؛ لما يترتب عليها كثيرا من التفريعات الفقهية. وإن دراستها لتحقق أهدافا عظيمة، ومحاسن عميمة، ومعاني عميقة، ومقاصد شريفة. فَحُقَّ لطالب الفقه والأصول خاصَّةً، ولطالب العلم الشرعي عامَّةً فقهها وفهمها؛ ليوقن أن اختلاف الأئمة الفقهاء المتبوعين كان مبنيًا على أسس متينة، وقواعد علمية عظيمة، فلم يكن اختلافهم عن هوى أو تشهي أو عصبية، وحاشاهم- رضي الله عنهم- وإنما قعدوا القواعد، وفرعوا عليها الفروع؛ فهمًا من نصوص الكتاب والسنة وإجماع الأمة، وما على الدارس إلا أن يفهم أقوالهم فيما قعدوه واستنبطوه؛ حتى لا يضل فهمه، ولا يشطح برأيه جاعلا رأسه برأسهم، فيكون كناطح جبلا يوميًا ليوهنه، فلم يضره وأوهى قرنه الوعل، ونقول لمثل هؤلاء يا ناطح الجبل العالي ليُكْلمَهُ، أشفق على الرأس لا تشفق على الجبل. ولأجل تحقيق هذا المعنى السامي اجتهدت وسعي في تحقيق هذه المسألة مبينًا: وجهة نظر علماء الأصول من الحنفية والشافعية، وذكرت الرأي المختار لي بدليله، فنحن نسير مع الدليل أنى سار، وندور معه أنى دار؛ ليطمئن قارئي الكريم من صحة ما توصلت إليه من نتائج، وما أخترته من آراء أصولية وفقهية سليمة، ولعلَّه أن يكون تبصيرا للمبتدي وتذكيرا للمنتهي، والله وحده الموفق.

Studying it achieves great goals, great merits, deep meanings, and honorable purposes. It is a right for the student of jurisprudence and principles in particular, and for the student of Islamic knowledge in general, its jurisprudence and understanding. They are from the texts of the Qur’an and Sunnah and the consensus of the nation, and the student only has to understand their sayings in what they sat and deduced; So that his understanding does not go astray, and he does not deviate in his opinion, placing his head on theirs, so that he will be like a mountain climber one day to weaken him, and he did not harm him and weakened his antler’s horn, and we say to such people, "O you who climb the high mountain to grieve to him, pity the head, do not pity the mountain," And in order to achieve this lofty meaning, I have endeavored and endeavored to achieve this issue by clarifying: the viewpoint of the Hanafis and the majority, and I mentioned the opinion chosen for me with its evidence, so we are walking with the evidence that I am walking, and we go around with it as I am home; To reassure my dear reader of the correctness of the results I have reached, and the sound fundamentalist and jurisprudential opinions I have chosen, and perhaps it will be an insight for the beginner and a reminder of the finished, and God alone is the conciliator.
