|a تعد هذه الدراسة من الدراسات الوصفية التي يمكن من خلالها الحصول علي معلومات دقيقة تصور الواقع وتشخصه وتسهم في تحليل ظواهره، والتي تقوم علي تقرير خصائص معينة أو موقف تغلب عليه صفة التحديد، لذا فالدراسة الحالية تستهدف تحديد مستوى برامج الحماية الاجتماعية المقدمة للأيتام داخل مؤسسات رعاية الأيتام، وتحديد مستوى أبعاد التخطيط التشاركي لمؤسسات رعاية الأيتام، وتحديد المعوقات التي تحول دون تطبيق التخطيط التشاركي لتحقيق الحماية الاجتماعية للأيتام، وتحديد المقترحات اللازمة لمواجهة المعوقات التي تحول دون تطبيق التخطيط التشاركي لتحقيق الحماية الاجتماعية للأيتام، وقد استخدمت الدراسة منهج المسح الاجتماعي الشامل للعاملين بمؤسسات رعاية الأيتام وكذلك المسح الاجتماعي بالعينة لعدد من المؤسسات العاملة في مجال رعاية الأيتام، وقد توصلت نتائج الدراسة إلى أن مستوي خدمات الحماية الاجتماعية مرتفعا، وأن متوسط أبعاد التخطيط التشاركي مرتفعا، وأن أهم المعوقات التي واجهت منظمات رعاية الأيتام وهي ضعف التعاون بين منظمات المجتمع المدني التي تقدم خدماتها للأيتام في تحقيق التخطيط التشاركي، وأن أهم المقترحات جاءت ضرورة تعزيز المساواة بين الجنسين في التخطيط التشاركي لبرامج خدمات الحماية الاجتماعية.
|b This study is one of the descriptive studies through which it is possible to obtain accurate information that depicts and diagnoses reality and contributes to the analysis of its phenomena, which is based on deciding certain characteristics or a situation that is overpowered by limitation, so the current study aims to determine the level of social protection programs provided to orphans within orphan care institutions Determine the level of the dimensions of participatory planning for orphan care institutions, identify the obstacles that prevent the application of participatory planning to achieve social protection for orphans, and identify the necessary proposals to confront the obstacles that prevent the application of participatory planning to achieve social protection for orphans. The study used a comprehensive social survey approach for workers in orphan care institutions As well as a sample social survey of a number of institutions working in the field of orphan care. The results of the study concluded that the level of social protection services is high, and that the average dimensions of participatory planning are high, and that the most important obstacles faced by orphan care organizations are the weak cooperation between civil society organizations that provide their services. orphans in achieving participatory planning, and that the most important proposals came as a necessity for consolation g Gender equality in the participatory planning of social protection services programmes.
