المستخلص: هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة علاقة بعض القدرات البدنية (القوة الانفجارية للرجلين، القوة المميزة بالسرعة لعضلات الرجلين، ومرونة الجذع) بالوزن لدى المبتدئين، وكذلك معرفة علاقة القدرات البدنية والصفات الجسمية (الوزن، طول الطرف السفلي، والطول الكلي، وطول الجذع) بالمستوى الرقمي لفعالية الوثب العالي، استخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي لملائمته طبيعة الدراسة، وذلك على عينة قوامها (47) طالبا تم اختيارهم بالطريقة العمدية، تم إجراء الاختبارات البدنية والقياسات الجسمية وقياس المستوى الرقمي لفعالية الوثب العالي، تمت معالجة بيانات الدراسة باستخدام برنامج الحزم الإحصائية (SPSS) بإيجاد المتوسطات الحسابية والانحرافات المعيارية، ومعاملات الارتباط بيرسون، أظهرت النتائج التي توصلت إليها الدراسة وجود علاقة سلبية دالة إحصائيا للوزن وبعض القدرات البدنية (القوة الانفجارية، والقوة المميزة بالسرعة لعضلات الرجلين) ولم تكن دالة إحصائيا لصفة المرونة، وأظهرت النتائج أيضا وجود علاقة دلالة إحصائية لبعض الصفات البدنية (القوة الانفجارية، والقوة المميزة بالسرعة لعضلات الرجلين) ومستوى الأداء الرقمي لفعالية الوثب العالي، ولم تكن دالة إحصائيا لعنصر المرونة، وكما أظهرت النتائج وجود علاقة دالة إحصائيا للطول الكلي ومستوى الأداء الرقمي لفعالية الوثب العالي، ولا توجد هناك علاقة دالة إحصائيا لطول الطرف السفلي والوزن بالمستوى الرقمي لفعالية الوثب العالي، وفي ضوء تلك النتائج توصي الباحثة بضرورة الاهتمام بالقدرات البدنية والقياسات الجسمية وخصوصا عند انتقاء الموهوبين في الوثب العالي ووضعهم ضمن معايير الاختيار والتي تعد عوامل مهمة جدا من أجل الحصول على نتائج أفضل.

This Study aimed to know the relationship of some physical abilities (the explosive strength of the legs, the speed characteristic of the muscles of the legs, and the flexibility of the trunk) among beginners, as well as knowing the relationship of physical abilities and physical attributes (weight, length of the lower extremity, total length, and length of the trunk) with the level of digital performance For the effectiveness of the high jump, the researcher used the descriptive approach to suit the nature of the study, on a sample of (47) students who were chosen by the intentional method. Arithmetic averages, standard deviations, and Pearson correlation coefficients, The Results of the study showed that there was a statistically significant negative relationship to weight and some physical abilities (explosive force, speed characteristic of the muscles of the legs) and it was not statistically significant for flexibility, and the results also showed a statistically significant relationship for some physical attributes (explosive force, speed characteristic strength of muscles). The two legs) and the level of digital performance for the effectiveness of the high jump, and it was not statistically significant for the element of flexibility, and the results also showed that there is a statistically significant relationship to the total length and the level of digital performance for the effectiveness of the high jump, and there is no statistically significant relationship for the length of the lower limb and weight with the level of digital performance for the effectiveness of the high jump, and in In light of these results, the researcher recommends the need to pay attention to physical abilities and physical measurements, especially when selecting talented high jumpers and placing them within the selection criteria, which are very important factors in order to obtain better results.
