استهدف البحث الحالي إلى تعرف ١-مخططات المظهر الجسدي لدى البدناء ٢-دلالة الفروق في مخططات المظهر الجسدي لدى البدناء على وفق متغير الجنس (ذكور-إناث). ٣-إدراك المظهر الاجتماعي لدى البدناء. ٤-دلالة الفروق في إدراك المظهر الاجتماعي لدى البدناء على وفق متغير الجنس (ذكور-إناث). 5-العلاقة الارتباطية بين مخططات المظهر الجسدي وإدراك المظهر الاجتماعي لدى البدناء. حيث عرف كاش (Cash, 2011) مخطط المظهر الجسدي على انه "الهياكل المعرفية المستخدمة لمعالجة المعلومات المتعلقة بالذات" ومشتقة من خبرات الفرد الاجتماعية أو هي "بنية متعددة الأبعاد، يحددها الإدراك والمواقف (المعرفية والعاطفية) عن جسم المرء. وطبق مقياس مخطط المظهر الجسدي على عينه مكونه من (٢٠٠) بدين وبدينة وقام الباحث ببناء مقياس مخططات المظهر الجسدي والمتكون من (٢٠) فقره و تم تطبيقه على عينه البحث وأظهرت نتائج البحث أن البدناء لديهم مخطط مظهر جسدي منخفض وأن هناك فروق ذات دلاله إحصائية على وفق متغير الجنس ولصالح الأناث اعتمادا على تعريف - (هارت ، ليري ، وريجيسكي، ١٩٨٩) (Hart, Leary, & Rejeski) وهو الخوف من تقييم المظهر الجسدي من قبل الآخرين. كما أظهرت النتائج أن إدراك المظهر الاجتماعي له مستوى دال عال وينخفض لدى الذكور مقارنه بالإناث وتوصل البحث في ضوء النتائج إلى مجموعة من التوصيات.
The current research Aim to study: 1-Body Appearance Schemes in obese people 2-The significance of differences in the schemes of Body Appearance in obese people according to the gender variable (male-female). 3- Perception of the Social Appearance of obese people. 4-The significance of differences in the perception of social appearance in obese people according to the gender variable (males - females). 5- The correlation between the schemes of Body appearance Schemes and the perception of Social Appearance in obese people (Cash 2011) defined the Body Appearance Schema as "the cognitive structures used to process information about oneself" and derived from one's social experiences, or as "a multidimensional structure, defined by perception and attitudes (cognitive and emotional) about one's body. The Body Appearance Scheme scale was applied to a sample consisting of (200) obese (male-female) and the researcher built a scale of Social Appearance perception consisting of (20) paragraphs the results showed that obese people have a low Body Appearance Schema and that there are differences of statistical significance according to the gender variable and in favor of females depending on the definition of (Hart, Leary, and Regessky, 1989) (Hart, Leary, & Rejeski) which is the fear of being evaluated by others. Results show According to the gender variable in favor of females. In the light of these results the research reached a state of recommendations and proposals
