المستخلص: هذا البحث لبيان مرتبة أصول الفقه بالنسبة للغة العربية، وجهة تكامله بالعلوم اللغوية، وما يتعلق بجدلية هذه العلاقة التي تشكل مشكلة منهجية تتعلق بمرتبة هذا العلم وشرط دارسه، وتصنيف المسائل اللغوية التي تذكر فيه على سبيل الأصالة والإمداد، وتلك التي تذكر فيه على سبيل التسليم والاستمداد، وذلك من خلال مبحثين، يتناول المبحث الأول أصالة أصول الفقه في البحث اللغوي وحدود اختصاصه في هذا الباب، وأما المبحث الثاني فيتناول جهة تكامله بالعلوم اللغوية. وقد اعتمد الباحث في حل مشكلة الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، والاستقرائي، وانتهت الدراسة إلى أن اللغة تدخل في عموم موضوع أصول الفقه، وأنه لا يذكر فيه كل المباحث اللغوية التي تناسب موضوعه، وإنما يقتصر منها على ما له فائدة مباشرة في الاستنباط الفقهي، وتلك التي لم يخض فيها أهل اللغة؛ لعدم تحقق غرض لهم بتفصيل البحث فيها، ولأصالة البحث اللغوي في أصول الفقه فإن الأصولي في بحثه لمسائل اللغة لا بد وأن يكون كأئمتها، في حدود بحثه.

This research drives at demonstrating the jurisprudence principles as to Arabic language, the point of integration and what is related to, the dialectic of this relationship, which constitutes a methodological problem related to the rank of this science, the condition of its study, the classification of linguistic issues that are mentioned in it; as a matter of originality and derivation. The foregoing is discussed through two researches, the first research handles jurisprudence principles originality in linguistic research and the limits of its competence in this section. Whilst, the second research tackles integrative side, at linguistic sciences. The researcher, in its way to solve the study problem, depended on analytical descriptive and inductive method. The study concluded that the language enters in jurisprudence principles subject, which does not include all linguistic researches that suit its subject, but he focused on its direct benefit in Jurisprudence deduction. This was not tackled by language scientists, due to lack of their purpose as to detail the research therein. In order to achieve linguistic research originality in jurisprudence principles, the jurisprudent in his research in language matters must be same as automation thereof, within his research limits.
