المستخلص: مع انتشار استخدامات تقنيات الذكاء الاصطناعي في شتى المجالات، وفي أكثر مجالات الحياة؛ كان من الواجب بيان التكييف الفقهي لهذه الاستخدامات، والتفريق بين المشروع منها وغير المشروع، ومن ذلك تقنية التزييف العميق (Deepfake)؛ نظرا لانتشارها مع استخداماتها السيئة المؤدية إلى مفاسد متعددة؛ كالتلاعب بالأدلة الجنائية، وإثارة الفوضى، والإضرار بالأمن القومي للدول، ومن ذلك استخدامها في قذف الغير، وما يتبعه من الابتزاز الجنسي والمالي لضحايا هذه التقنية. وقد قسم البحث إلى مقدمة، وثلاثة مباحث؛ المبحث الأول: التكييف الفقهي لاستخدامات الذكاء الاصطناعي، وفيه أربعة مطالب، المبحث الثاني: التكييف الفقهي لاستخدام تقنية التزييف العميق، وفيه ثلاثة مطالب، أما المبحث الثالث: التكييف الفقهي لاستخدام تقنية التزييف العميق في نسبة الفاحشة للغير، ففيه أربعة مطالب، ثم خاتمة البحث، واشتملت على نتائج البحث، وتوصياته. وقد حرص الباحث على تفصيل الحكم فيما يتعلق باستخدام تقنية التزييف العميق في قذف الغير على طريقة الفقه المقارن، كما يهدف البحث إلى نشر الوعي لدى كافة أفراد المجتمع وخصوصا مستخدمي برامج الذكاء الاصطناعي وتطبيقاته، كما يهدف إلى أن تكون هذه الاستخدامات وفق معايير وضوابط محددة معتبرة، أشبه ما يكون بالمبادئ الأخلاقية الحاكمة لعمل أنظمة الذكاء الاصطناعي.

With the ubiquity of artificial inelegance (hereinafter "AI") uses in modem human life, it becomes a necessity to identify the Sharia characterization of utilizing AI techniques. To make clear what is considered permissible or prohibited in this AI application; One of these applications is Deepfake which became unethically intensively used in our modem life. For example, misuse and manipulation of criminal evidence, provoking chaos, and detriment of countries' national security. One further misuse of the AI technique is to be articled to libel or slander of given individual, that to be followed by sex and/or financial blackmailing of that victim or his family. The study is divided into an introduction, and three other chapters: The first chapter: Sharia characterization/mling of utilizing AI techniques, that chapter will be divided into four sections, and the second chapter: Sharia ruling of utilizing AI techniques in Deepfake, that chapter will include three sections, the third chapter: Deepfake as AI application in slander of individuals of adultery, that chapter will include four. The research conclusion explains the research findings and recommendations The researcher specifically prayed to illustrate Sharia ruling in detail in concern to Deepfake techniques as an application of modem AI in slandering a person by the Islamic Jurisprudence model of research. The research also prayed to educate and raise awareness of the society and users of Al about that given issue calling to only use AI techniques ethically according to the code of ethic that govern AI applications in human life.
