| 520 | |b We will address the study of international administrative contracts due to their importance for the country hosting the investments. Which aims in the first place to achieve economic development for it in light of Law 182 of the year2018 and its executive regulations. The second requirement: the conditions of the administrative contract "the international character", while the second section of the research dealt with the legal nature of administrative contracts of an international character. The first requirement dealt with methods of selecting a foreign contractor with the administration and was divided into two branches. The first section dealt with the method of tenders in international administrative contracts and the section dealt with the second: Bids in international administrative contracts, while the second requirement dealt with a study of models and types of practices. The first section: models of local practice in international administrative contracts and the second section dealt with external practice models in international administrative contracts. | ||
