المستخلص: إن للحروف أهمية كبيرة في الدرس النحوي، فهي قسم من أقسام الكلمة، وهي تؤدي الكثير من المعاني، ولكن معناها لا يظهر إلا من خلال التركيب النحوي، فالحرف هو ما دل على معنى في غيره، كما عرفه النحويون، لذا فإن التركيب مهم في بيان معاني الحروف، وأثرها في العمل. إن هذا البحث يتجاوز بيان معاني الحروف ليبين تأثيرها وتأثرها من خلال التركيب النحوي، وهذا التأثير لا يقتصر على إعمال الحروف، إذ بينت في هذا البحث أن للحرف تأثيرا في الأفعال والأسماء، كالحذف والتعريف وغيرهما، كما أنه يتأثر بالاسم، وكذلك تتأثر الحروف ببعضها، كل هذا التأثير والتأثر لابد له من تركيب نحوي ليظهر واضحا جليا، وهذا ما قمت بتناوله من خلال استقراء الأبواب النحوية، وذكر المواضع التي للحرف فيها تأثير أو تأثر، والاعتماد في ذلك على الكثرة، وترك ما كان قليلا أو شاذا.

The characters of meaning have a great importance in the grammatical studies, as they are a part of the word, and they perform different meanings, but their meaning does not appear except through the syntactic structure, as the preposition is what denotes a meaning in others, as defined by the grammarians, so the composition is important in explaining prepositions meanings, and their influence on the sentence. This research goes beyond stating the meanings of characters to show their impact and the case of being influenced through the syntactic structure, and this influence is not limited to the use of prepositions, as it is shown in this research that the characters of meanings has an effect on verbs and nouns, such as deletion, definition and others, as it is affected by nouns, as well as prepositions affected by each other. This interaction must have a syntactic structure to be clear. This is what have been done by extrapolating the grammatical topics and mentioning the cases in which the characters of meanings has an impact or being influenced, and relying on that on the abundance, leaving what is little or odd.
