علوم القرآن الكريم هي من أهم العلوم وأعلاها وأنفعها؛ إذ هي السبيل لفهم كتاب الله تعالى، ومعرفة أحكامه، فهي تساعد على فهم القرآن الكريم وتدبره واستنباط أحكامه، ومعرفة حكمه، وفهم متشابهه بصورة صحيحة ودقيقة؛ لذلك كانت عناية العلماء بها كبيرة، وجعلوا العلم بها من الشروط اللازم تحققها في المفسر. وتأتي هذه الدراسة لتبرز جهود العلامة الشيخ عبد الرحمن بن ناصر ابن سعدي رحمه الله (1376 ه) ومنهجه وآراءه في علم العام والخاص التي هي من مسائل علوم القرآن في تفسيره المسمى "تيسير الكريم الرحمن في تفسير كلام المنان". وتظهر أهميتها: في أن تفسير ابن سعدي المسمى: (تيسير الكريم الرحمن في تفسير كلام المنان) ذو قيمة علمية كبيرة، وله وزنه وشهرته بين الناس، وأن هذا التفسير قد تضمن علوما قرآنية كثيرة ظاهرة وكامنة –قد لا يلاحظها القارئ على عجل- ومنها علم العام والخاص، كذلك ما لابن سعدي رحمه الله من مكانة علمية كبيرة، تتجلى في آرائه العلمية المسددة، واستنباطاته الموفقة؛ وهذا ما يدعو إلى جمع كلامه رحمه الله في علم العام والخاص التي تضمنها تفسيره المبارك، وإبراز علم العام والخاص في هذا التفسير الذي يتضمن ألوانا من أنواع علوم القرآن. وتناولت الدراسة بيان علم العام والخاص الموجودة في تفسير ابن سعدي رحمه الله وطريقته في بيانها، وكذلك آراء ابن سعدي رحمه الله وترجيحاته في علم العام والخاص، وأثر هذا العلم وثمرته في التفسير. وتميز العلامة الشيخ ابن سعدي رحمه الله بدقة استنباطاته لعلوم القرآن الظاهرة والكامنة، ومنها ما هو صريح في تفسيره، وما هو غير صريح.
The Holy Quran is one of the most important, highest and most useful sciences; it is the way to understand God's Almighty Book and to know its provisions. It helps to understand the Holy Quran and to devise its provisions, to know its judgment and to understand its similarities correctly and accurately; so scientists' interest in it was great, and they made it a prerequisite to be achieved in the interpreter. This study highlights the efforts of Sheikh Abdul Rahman bin Nasser Ibn al- Saadi. (1376 H) His approach and opinions in public and private science, which are questions of Koranic science in his interpretation called "Facilitation of the Holy Reign in Interpretation of the Words of Mannan". Its importance is shown: In the interpretation of Ibn Saadi called: (Taseer al-Karim al-Rahman in the interpretation of al-Mannan) of great scientific value, of great weight and fame among people, and that this interpretation has included many apparent and latent Quranic science -- which the reader may not notice in a hurry -- including public and private science, as well as the great scientific standing of Saadi's son, reflected in his outstanding scientific opinions and conclusions; This is the reason for gathering his words in the public and private science contained in his blessed interpretation, and highlighting the public and private science in this interpretation, which includes colors of Koranic science. The study examined the statement of public and private science found in Ibn Saadi's interpretation of the and its method of presentation, as well as the views of Ibn Saadi and his weights in public and private science, and its impact and fruit in interpretation. The sign Sheikh Ibn Saadi distinguishes his conclusions from the Koran's apparent and latent science, including what is explicit in its interpretation, and what is not.
