المستخلص: موضوع البحث: دراسة مسألة ظنية أصول تصحيح الروايات. الهدف الرئيس من البحث: نقد القول بأن أصول تصحيح الروايات ظنية بالكلية، في ظل توظيف البعض هذا القول في رد الأحاديث التي اتفق المحدثون على صحتها، على نحو لا ترتضيه المنهجية العلمية. مشكلات البحث: ما حقيقة هذه الأصول؟ وما موقعها من اليقين والظن؟ وكيف ننظم القول بظنية نتائجها؟ وما منشأ الاختلاف الناتج عن أصول التصحيح؟ ومن أول القائلين بظنيتها مطلقا؟ وما الباعث على قوله؟ وما الاحتمالات الواردة في توجيهه؟ وما الجواب عنها؟. أهم نتائج البحث: ١. أن أصول تصحيح الروايات يقينية في اشتراطها، وفي الوقت نفسه: يغلب على ظننا الوثوق فيما ينتج عنها من أحكام. وأما القول بظنية اشتراط هذه الأصول ذاتها، أو بمحض الظن فيما ينتج عنها = فهو قول محدث. ٢. أن ما ينتج عن أصول التصحيح يعد من المسائل الاجتهادية المنظورة؛ وليس بمرضى أن يجر ذلك إلى التشكيك في كل ما ينتج عنها بدعوى الظنية والاجتهاد. ٣. أول من قال بظنية أصول تصحيح الروايات: هو العلامة الشيخ ظفر أحمد العثماني التهانوي (ت: ١٣٩٤ه)؛ وباعثه: الانتصار لمذهب الحنفية، والرد على خصومها.

Research Topic: Study on the issue of presumptive nature of principles of authenticating narrations. Main Objective of the Study: Critiquing the view that the principles of authenticating narrations are to-tally presumptive hence some people are using this view to reject ahadith that are agreed upon by scholars of hadith as authentic, in a way that is not con¬sistent with scientific methodology. Research Problem: What exactly are these principles? What is their position in terms of cer-tainty and presumption? How do we regulate the view that their results are presumptive? What is the origin of the difference resulting from the principles of authentication? Who are the first proponents of the view that they are to¬tally presumptive? What led to this view? What are the probable arguments in its favour and the response to them? Research Findings: 1- That the principles of authenticating narrations are certain in their condi¬tions, and at the same time we are confident in the rulings derived from them. As for the view that these principles are presumptive in their condi¬tionality, or that the results from them are presumptive, this is an innovation. 2- That the rulings derived from principles of authentication are matters of scholarly efforts. However, that should not cast doubt on every ruling derived from them claiming that it is presumptive and based on scholarly effort. 3- The first person to come up with the view that the principles of authenticat¬ing narrations are presumptive is Sheikh Dhafar Ahmad al-Uthmani at-Tah- anawi (Died 1394 AH), and what led him to this is his attempt to defend the Hanafi school of thought and refute its oppositions.
