المستخلص: إن تحديد بناء المجتمع المسلم لا يمكن أن يتم على الوجه الأقوى، والأمثل إلا إذا قام على أسس قوية، وأصول ثابتة نابعة من روح الإسلام. ولن نجد أفضل من مشكاة النبوة، فقد بنى النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم مجتمعا لم يشهد له التاريخ مثيلا، ولذلك كان الرجوع إلى سنتته- بفهم سليم- أمرا لا مناص منه لتحقيق الهدف المنشود. لذا يعد الفقه في الحديث من أعلى الدرجات، وأسمى الغايات، لما له من أهمية لحل المشكلات، ومواكبة التحديات، والمستجدات، ومن ثم الارتقاء، بالأفراد، والمجتمعات على جميع المستويات. فينصلح بذلك الحاضر، ويستشرف المستقبل، ويتحقق الأمن، والسلام؛ فلا بد من فهم الماضي، لإصلاح الحاضر، واستشراف المستقبل. ولن يكون هذا إلا بمنهج وفق ضوابط موجهة، ومسددة تحترم النقل، والعقل، وتضمن الفهم السليم للحديث النبوي، خصوصا بعد أن اتسعت دائرة الحياة المعاصرة وتعقدت، وتناثرت صور المعاملات، وتنوعت أشكالها.

The renewal of the building of the Muslim community cannot be done in the strongest and optimal way unless it is based on strong foundations and firm foundations stemming from the spirit of Islam. We will not find better than the niche of prophecy, for he succeeded in that history similarly, see. Returning to his Sunnah- with a sound understanding- was inevitable to achieve the desired goal. Therefore, jurisprudence in hadith is considered one of the highest degrees, and the loftiest of goals, because of its importance for solving problems, keeping pace with challenges and developments, and then upgrading individuals and societies at all levels. Thus, the present is reformed, the future is anticipated, and security and peace are achieved. It is necessary to understand the past, to fix the present, and to anticipate the future. This will only be with an approach in accordance with directed and strict controls that respect transmission and reason, and ensure a proper understanding of the Prophet’s hadith, especially after the circle of contemporary life expanded and became complex, and the forms of transactions were scattered, and their forms varied.
