المستخلص: يعد المال وسيلة أساسية لشراء الحاجيات المختلفة وتلبية المتطلبات اليومية، فدون المال لا يستطيع الإنسان شراء ما يحتاجه، لأنه يوفر الأمان النفسي لدى الإنسان، فإن الحياة متقلبة متغيرة، وقد تمر على الإنسان أيام وظروف صعبة من مرض أو فاقة أو دين ويكون المال في هذه الحالة عنصر أمان بلا شك؛ حيث يستطيع الإنسان به تجاوز تلك الظروف والأحوال. وهو وسيلة لتحقيق الرفاهية والمتعة للفرد؛ ويوفر ما شاء من حاجات ضرورية وكمالية. وعندما يستثمر المال في أوجه الخير يكون مصدرًا لزيادة حسنات المرء؛ فالإنسان الذي يملك مالًا ويتصدق فيه على الفقراء والمساكين يتحصل على الأجر الكبير وراء ذلك من رب العالمين، يقول الله سبحانه وتعالى: (لَيْسَ الْبِرَّ أَنْ تُوَلُّوا وُجُوهَكُمْ قِبَلَ الْمَشْرِقِ وَالْمَغْرِبِ وَلَكِنَّ الْبِرَّ مَنْ آَمَنَ بِاللَّهِ وَالْيَوْمِ الْآَخِرِ وَالْمَلَائِكَةِ وَالْكِتَابِ وَالنَّبِيِّينَ وَآَتَى الْمَالَ عَلَى حُبِّهِ ذَوِي الْقُرْبَى وَالْيَتَامَى وَالْمَسَاكِينَ وَابْنَ السَّبِيلِ وَالسَّائِلِينَ وَفِي الرِّقَابِ وَأَقَامَ الصَّلَاةَ وَآَتَى الزَّكَاةَ وَالْمُوفُونَ بِعَهْدِهِمْ إِذَا عَاهَدُوا وَالصَّابِرِينَ فِي الْبَأْسَاءِ وَالضَّرَّاءِ وَحِينَ الْبَأْسِ أُولَئِكَ الَّذِينَ صَدَقُوا وَأُولَئِكَ هُمُ الْمُتَّقُون)َ البقرة: 177. وبالمقابل عندما يصرف المال أو يستخدم في وجه الشر من تبذير وإسراف وسائر المحرمات يكون وبالًا على صاحبه فيكون بذلك هدمًا للمجتمعات يقول عز وجل: (قَالَ نُوحٌ رَبِّ إِنَّهُمْ عَصَوْنِي وَاتَّبَعُوا مَنْ لَمْ يَزِدْهُ مَالُهُ وَوَلَدُهُ إِلَّا خَسَارًا) نوح: 21.

Money is a means of purchasing various necessities and a means to meet daily requirements; Without money, a person cannot buy what he needs, and it also provides psychological security for a person. As we know, life is volatile and variable, and a person may experience days and difficult cir-cumstances such as illness, poverty or debt, and money in this case is an element of safety undoubt¬edly; Where a person can bypass these circumstances and conditions. It is a means of achieving well-being and pleasure for the individual; A person who has money with which he can travel and migrate from one country to another and buy whatever he wants of necessary and luxuries. When money is invested in charitable causes, it is a source of increasing one’s good deeds; The person who owns money and gives it in charity to the poor and needy will receive the great reward for that from the Lord of the worlds. On the other hand, when money is spent or used in the face of evil, such as extravagance, extravagance and other taboos, it will be a disaster for its owner, thus destroying societies. As for the society and the state, the importance of money lies in the following: Money is the backbone of the economic life of countries and governments; A strong country is a country that has a strong economy that provides it with a strong currency and monetary liquidity. Governments, by having money in their hands, can establish public utilities to serve citizens, and they are also able, through money, to build an infrastructure in the state. Governments, through money, can buy mili¬tary equipment and modern devices that enable them to defend themselves against the threats facing them from abroad. Governments, through the funds available to them, can pay the salaries of their employees, and they can also provide a social safety net by allocating aid to the unemployed and heads of poor families, and this ultimately contributes to providing a high degree of psychological safety for the citizen.
