هدفت الدراسة لتحديد فاعلية مولد الحروف وGraphics On Air في إنتاج الأخبار في تليفزيون السودان استخدام الباحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي لمناسبته لمثل هذا النوع من الدراسات في وصف الظاهرة موضوع الدراسة وتحليل بياناتها وبيان العلاقة بين مكوناتها. خلص الباحث إلى نتائج أهمها: 1-يعتبر الإبراز والشرح وإضفاء الجاذبية والإيضاح من أهم تأثيرات استخدام مولد الرموز في الأخبار. 2-من أهم نقاط الضعف في عملية توظيف مولد الرموز في إنتاج الأخبار في تليفزيون السودان الاستخدام غير المرشد الذي يتسبب في التشويش على فكرة الأخبار وإحداث فوضى بصرية. 3-وظف مولد الرموز في تلفزيون السودان بالاعتماد على التصميمات بالبعدين وبالأبعاد الثلاثة. وفي ضوء تلك النتائج يوصي الباحث بمجموعة من التوصيات أهمها: 1-جلب وحدات تصميم حديثة وبرمجيات خاصة تشمل البرامج الخاصة بالبعدين وبالأبعاد الثلاثة. 2-الالتزام بموجهات دليل التلفزيون خاصة فيما يلي الالتزام بألوان الهوية وسودنة الأفكار المنفذة والبعد عن القوالب الجاهزة في التصميم Template.
The study aimed to show the effectiveness of the Character Generator and Graphics On Air In news production in Sudan TV, the study sample. Further, to introduce recommendations to develope usage of Character Generator in producing forms & shapes suit with TV News. In addition, to provide data, statistics & scientific results which help the production teams experted in the field of News Gathering related to the employment of CG in News production. To achieve these aims, the researcher, used the descriptive analytical pattern that suits this type of studies in describing the study subject and analyses its data & explaining the relationship between its contents. From the content analysing form & the experts’ answers and comparing all that with what was found, the researcher came to the following important results: 1-The show, the explanation, the illustration & making the film attractive are regarded as the most important usage of CG in news at Sudan T.V 2-The most important weakness points in the employment of Character generator in the production of news in Sudan T.V were the unguided usage of C.G which causes the News idea confusion and visual disturbance. 3-The C.G was employed to produce the main title in the New produced in Sudan T.V depending on the designs with two and three dimensions. In the light of these results, the researcher sets a group of recommendations, most important which are: 1.To bring modern designing units and graphics software including two & three dimensions software. 2.To comply totally with the television directions guide, especially the main titles and the end titles in the produced News. Beside compliance with the identity colours, Sudanization of excuted thoughts & to avoid ready templates form in design.
