|a هدفت الدراسة التعرف على اتجاهات الباحثين نحو البحوث الجماعية من خلال مشاريع البحث التكويني الجامعي (PRFU) كأنموذج لها، على عينة مكونة من الباحثين مقدرة بـ (174) باحثا وباحثة من مختلف الجامعات الجزائرية، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة قامت الباحثتان بتصميم استبيان إلكتروني مكون من (15) عبارة، وبعد تحليل البيانات باستخدام البرنامج الإحصائي (SPSS)، وتطبيق الأساليب الإحصائية المتمثلة في المتوسط الحسابي، واختبار "ت"، واختبار تحليل التباين الأحادي (ANOVA)، واختبار شيفيه (Chefee) للمقارنات البعدية توصلت الدراسة إلى أن طبيعة اتجاهات الباحثين نحو مشاريع البحث التكويني (PRFU) جاءت إيجابية، ووجود فروق في اتجاهات الباحثين نحو (PRFU) تعزى لمتغير صفة الباحث في المشروع لصالح رئيس المشروع، كما وجدت فروق في اتجاهات الباحثين نحو (PRFU) تعزى لمتغير رتبة الباحث لصالح الأساتذة المحاضرين، وقد أوصت الدراسة بتشجيع البحوث الجماعية، وتحفيز الباحثين لإنشاء مشاريع البحث التكويني الجامعي، وتذليل الصعوبات التي تواجههم لإنتاج بحوث ذات جودة عالية تسهم في تطوير البحث العلمي وترقيته.
|b The study aimed to identify the attitudes of researchers towards collective research through university formative research projects (PRFU) as a model for it, on a sample consisting of researchers estimated at (174) researchers and researchers from various Algerian universities, and to achieve the objectives of the study, the two researchers designed an electronic questionnaire consisting of (15) phrase, and after analyzing the data using the statistical program (SPSS), and applying the statistical methods represented in the arithmetic mean, the “t” test, the one-way analysis of variance (ANOVA), and the Chefee test for dimensional comparisons, the study concluded that the nature of the researchers’ tendency towards projects The formative research (PRFU) was positive, and there were differences in the researchers’ attitude towards (PRFU) due to the variable of the researcher’s qualifications in the project in favor of the project leader, and there were differences in the researchers’ attitude towards (PRFU) due to the researcher’s rank variable in favor of the lecturers, and the study recommended encouraging research Collectiveness, motivating researchers to establish university formative research projects, and overcoming the difficulties they face to produce high-quality research that contributes to the development and promotion of scientific research.
