المستخلص: قامت الباحثة بهذه الدراسة بهدف الكشف عن العلاقة بين مهارة حل المشكلات وجودة الحياة لدى عينة من طالبات المرحلة المتوسطة بمحافظة جدة، وقد اعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي الارتباطي، وتم استيفاء بيانات هذه الدراسة باستخدام بعض أدوات الدراسة وهي (استمارة البيانات العامة، ومقياس مهارة حل المشكلات بمراحلها المختلفة من إعداد الباحثة، ومقياس جودة الحياة بأبعادها المختلفة من إعداد الباحثة). واشتملت عينة الدراسة الأساسية على عينة قصدية قوامها (206) طالبة من طالبات المرحلة المتوسطة باختلاف مستوياتهم الدراسية (أولى متوسط، ثاني، متوسط ثالث متوسط) ومن مدارس (حكومية-أهلية) بمحافظة جدة، وقد تم إجراء التحليلات الإحصائية المناسبة لاستخلاص النتائج والتحقق من مدى صحة الفروض. ومن أهم النتائج وجود علاقة ارتباطية طردية بين مقياس مهارة حل المشكلات بمراحلها المختلفة ومقياس جودة الحياة بأبعادها المختلفة لدى عينة من طالبات المرحلة المتوسطة، وكشفت النتائج بأن مستوى مهارة حل المشكلات بمراحلها المختلفة لدى طالبات المرحلة المتوسطة جاءت بدرجة متوسطة، في حين أظهرت النتائج بأن مستوى جودة الحياة بأبعادها المختلفة لدى طالبات المرحلة المتوسطة جاءت بدرجة متوسطة، وكما أسفرت النتائج عن وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في متوسط درجات طالبات المرحلة المتوسطة في مهارة حل المشكلات بمراحها المختلفة وجودة الحياة بأبعادها المختلفة تبعًا لمتغير المرحلة الدراسية لصالح طالبات الصف الثالث متوسط عند مستوى دلالة (0,01)، وكشفت النتائج عن وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في متوسط درجات طالبات المرحلة المتوسطة في مهارة حل المشكلات بمراحلها المختلفة وجودة الحياة بأبعادها المختلفة تبعًا لمتغير القطاع المدرسي لصالح طالبات المدرسة الأهلية عند مستوى دلالة(0,01). وفي ضوء النتائج أوصت الباحثة بتوعية أولياء الأمور بضرورة التعامل مع الطالبات برفق ومساعدتهن في حل المشكلات التي تواجهن مع مراعاة خصائص نموهن والفترة الانتقالية التي يمرن بها، والاهتمام بالأنشطة اللاصفية في مجال جودة الحياة بأبعادها المختلفة من خلال عمل رحلات ترفيهه للطالبات وزيارات بعض من الأماكن السياحية والاهتمام بصحتهن.

The researcher carried out this study with the aim of revealing the relationship between the skill of solving problems and the quality of life among a sample of middle school female students in Jeddah. The study was based on the descriptive correlation method, and the data of this study was completed using some of the study tools which are (general data form, and the skill of solving problems scale in the various stages of the preparation of the researcher, and the scale of the quality of life in its different dimensions prepared by the researcher), The sample of the basic study included a sample of (206) intermediate female students with different levels of study (first prep- second prep - third prep) and from schools (government- private) in Jeddah governorate. Appropriate statistical analyses were carried out to extract findings and verify the validity of the duties. The most important findings are the existence of a direct correlation between the scale of the skill of solving problems in different stages and the scale of the quality of life in its different dimensions in a sample of middle school students, The findings revealed that the level of the skill of solving problems in different stages in middle school students came to an intermediate degree, while the findings showed that the level of the quality of life in its different dimensions in the middle school students came to a medium degree, and the findings resulted in statistically significant differences in the average grades of middle school female students in the skill of solving problems with different stages and the quality of life in different dimensions depending on the change of the school stage for the middle third grade students at the level of significance (0.01). The findings revealed the existence of statistically significant differences in the average grades of middle school female students in the skill of solving problems in their different stages and the quality of life in different dimensions depending on the change of the school sector in favor of the students of the civil school at the level of significance (0.01). In light of the findings recommended, the researcher recommended to educate parents of the need to deal with female students gently and help them in solving the problems they face taking into account the characteristics of their growth and the transition period they are going through, and attention to the activities of non-class students in the field of the quality of life in different dimensions through organizing entertainment trips, visits to some tourist destinations and concerns for their health.
