|a منذ أن تم تأسيس منظمة الأمم المتحدة كهيئة دولية تسعى لحفظ السلم والأمن في العالم بتاريخ 24 أكتوبر 1945، أدرك المجتمع الدولي بأن ذلك لن يتم إلا إذ تحقق نوع من التوازن بين حماية حقوق الإنسان من جهة، وتحقيق تنمية إنسانية بصفة مستمرة ومستدامة من جهة أخرى، فقد باتت العلاقة بين هذين العاملين تأخذ منحنيات جديدة مست مجالات عدة، بل وقد أصبح مفهوم التنمية المستدامة يرتكز بالدرجة الأولى في الوقت الراهن، على تحقق شرط ضمان حقوق الإنسان الأساسية.
|b Since the establishment of the United Nations as an international body striving to maintain peace and security in the world on October 24, 1945, the international community has realized that this will not happen unless there is a kind of balance between protecting human rights on the one hand, and achieving continuous and sustainable human development on the other hand, The relationship between these two factors has begun to take new curves that touched many areas, and the concept of sustainable development has become primarily based at the present time on the fulfillment of the condition of guaranteeing basic human rights.
|d Depuis la création des Nations Unies en tant qu'organisme international s'efforçant de maintenir la paix et la sécurité dans le monde le 24 octobre 1945, la communauté internationale a réalisé que cela ne se produira que s'il existe une sorte d'équilibre entre la protection des droits de l'homme d'une part. D'autre part, la relation entre ces deux facteurs a commencé à prendre de nouvelles courbes qui ont touché de nombreux domaines, et le concept de développement durable est devenu principalement basé à l'heure actuelle sur la réalisation de la condition de garantir les droits humains fondamentaux .
