المستخلص: تهدف الدراسة الحالية إلى التعرف على أثر التطوع الرقمي على الشباب وقت الأزمات في المجتمع السعودي، دراسة وصفية مطبقة على الشباب من الجنسين في المجتمع السعودي، باستخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، ويتكون مجتمع الدراسة من أسر طالبات جامعة الأميرة نورة بنت عبد الرحمن، وتم جمع البيانات عن طريق أداة الاستبيان، باستخدام العينة العشوائية البسيطة وبلغت العينة (385) طالبة، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أهم المجالات التي أثر فيها التطوع الرقمي في الشباب؛ في مجال الانتماء للوطن؛ يتمثل في تعزيز شعور الفخر والاعتزاز بالهوية الوطنية أثناء أزمة كورونا والتعريف بحرص الدولة واهتمامها بالمواطنين أثناء أزمة كورونا، وفي المجالات التعليمية تتمثل في؛ التشجيع والتحفيز للعمل التطوعي، وساعد في حضور دورات ثقافية وتعليمية للشباب أثناء أزمة كورونا، وفي المجال التوعوي الصحي يتمثل في؛ تقديم معلومات سريعة لشرح طرق الوقاية عن الأزمة الصحية، وتقديم نصائح طبية عن الأزمة الصحية (فيروس كورونا-19)، وفي المجال الاجتماعي تتمثل؛ عرض الإرشادات بأهمية الالتزام بالاحترازات التي فرضتها الدولة أثناء أزمة كورونا والمساعدة في كيفية التصدي للإشاعات وعدم تداولها وتوضيح الحقائق أثناء أزمة كورونا، وأبرز المقترحات لتفعيل التطوع الرقمي للشباب في وقت الأزمات في المجتمع السعودي تتمثل في؛ نشر التوعية عبر وسائل الإعلام ومواقع التواصل الاجتماعي المختلفة لتوضيح قيمة العمل التطوعي كقيمة إسلامية وإنسانية، ومن أبرز التوصيات؛ العمل على نشر التوعية عبر وسائل الإعلام ومواقع التواصل الاجتماعي المختلفة لتوضح أهمية التطوع وقيمته الإسلامية والإنسانية، ونشر رسائل توعوية عبر الهواتف الذكية من قبل الجهات الأمنية عن أهمية التطوع وقت الأزمة، والتحذير من الشائعات وأثرها على المجتمع.

The current study aims to identify the impact of digital volunteering on youth in times of crisis in the Saudi society, a descriptive study applied to young men and women in the Saudi society, using the descriptive and analytical approach, and the study population consists of the families of Princess Nora bent Abdul Rahman University students, and data was collected on By using the questionnaire tool, using a simple random sample, the sample reached (385) students, and the study reached the most important areas in which digital volunteering has affected the youth: In the field of belonging to the homeland: It is to enhance the feeling of pride and pride in the national identity during the Corona crisis and to define the state’s concern and interest in citizens during Corona crisis, and in the educational fields are: Encouragement and motivation for volunteer work, and helped in attending cultural and educational sessions for young people during the Corona crisis, and in the health awareness field represented in: Providing quick information to explain methods of prevention about the health crisis, and providing medical advice about the health crisis (virus Corona 19), and in the social field, represented by: Presenting instructions on the importance of adhering to the precautions imposed by the state during the Corona crisis and helping in how to combat rumors Not circulating and clarifying the facts during the Corona crisis, and the most prominent proposals to activate digital volunteering for young people at a time of crisis in the Saudi society are: Spreading awareness through the media and various social media sites and clarifying the value of volunteering as an Islamic and humanitarian value, and among the most prominent recommendations: Work to spread awareness through the means The media and various social networking sites to explain the importance of volunteering and its Islamic and humanitarian value, and to publish awareness messages on smart phones by the security authorities about the importance of volunteering in times of crisis, and to warn about rumors and their impact on society.
