المستخلص: يتطرق موضوع الدراسة إلى ظاهرة الجريمة المنظمة في المنطقة العربية، هذه الظاهرة التي عرفت انتشارا واسعا في الآونة الأخيرة ضمن النظام الإقليمي العربي مستفيدة من الظروف المتاحة كالانفلات الأمني الذي تعرفه بعض الدول العربية، واستشراء الفساد الإداري الذي ينخر هيكل الدولة الممزقة في حد ذاتها، كذلك تتطرق الدراسة إلى الوضع الجيواستراتيجي للمنطقة العربية من حيث كونها تتوسط العالم القديم وكيف أصبحت ممرا لنشاط الجريمة المنظمة. والدراسة مقسمة إلى محورين أساسيين الأول يتضمن الجانب التأصيلي للجريمة المنظمة، من تعاريف ومفاهيم أساسية أيضا الخصائص وأركان الجريمة المنظمة، أما المحور الثاني فكان متعلق بالجريمة المنظمة في المنطقة العربية الأسباب المساعدة على انتشار هذه الآفة الخطيرة، كذلك أشكالها ومظاهرها في المنطقة العربية ومحاولة مقارنتها بما هو موجود في العالم، أما العنصر الثالث من المحور الأول فهو متعلق بآليات مكافحة الجريمة المنظمة في المنطقة العربية، ثم عرض أبرز النتائج التي توصلت إليها الدراسة ليتم اختتامها بالخاتمة.

The topic of the study deals with the phenomenon of organized crime in the Arab region, this phenomenon that has been widely spread recently within the Arab regional system, taking advantage of the available conditions such as the security law that some Arab countries know, and the spread of administrative corruption that is eating away at the structure of the torn country itself, as well as The study refers to the geostrategic situation of the Arab. The study is divided into two main axes. The first includes the inherent aspect of organized crime, from basic definitions and concepts as well, characteristics and pillars of organized crime. As for the second axis, it was related to organized crime in the Arab region, the reasons for the spread of this serious pest, as well as its forms and manifestations in the Arab region and trying to compare it with what is It exists in the world, and the third component of the first axis is related to mechanisms to combat organized crime in the Arab region.

Le sujet de l'étude porte sur le phénomène de la criminalité organisée dans la région arabe, phénomène largement répandu récemment au sein du système régional arabe, profitant des conditions disponibles telles que la loi sur la sécurité que certains pays arabes connaissent et la propagation de la corruption administrative qui ronge la structure du pays déchiré lui-même, ainsi que L'étude se réfère à la situation géostratégique de la région arabe dans la mesure où elle sert de médiateur au monde antique et comment elle est devenue un vecteur d'activités criminelles organisées. L'étude est divisée en deux axes principaux. Le premier comprend l'aspect inhérent au crime organisé, à partir des définitions et concepts de base ainsi que des caractéristiques et des piliers du crime organisé. Quant au deuxième axe, il était lié au crime organisé dans la région arabe. Il existe dans le monde, et la troisième composante du premier axe est liée aux mécanismes de lutte contre le crime organisé dans la région arabe.
