المستخلص: هدفت الدراسة إلى معرفة درجة استخدام مهارات الاتصال والتواصل لدى الداعيات في محافظة رفح وقد تكونت عينة الدراسة من 17 داعية تم اختيارهم بطريقة قصدية من مجتمع الدراسة المكونة من 100 داعية، وتمثلت الأداة باستبانة مكونة من 29 فقرة واستخدمت الداعية النسب المئوية حيث اتبعت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي والمتوسطات الحسابية والانحرافات المعيارية واختبار (T) لقياس درجة الفروق بين المتوسطات، واختبار التباين الأحادي (One Way Anova) ومعامل ارتباط ألفا كروباخ لتحقق من ثبات أداة الدراسة. وأظهرت نتائج الدراسة: أن مستوى الدرجة كانت جيدة حيث بلغت (59.5725) وهو رقم يدلل على عدم امتلاك الداعيات لمهارات الاتصال والتواصل بشكل فاعل ومؤثر، وأن مستوى الدرجة كانت جودة حيث بلغت (59.5725) وهو رقم يدلل على عدم امتلاك الداعيات لمهارات الاتصال والتواصل بشكل فاعل ومؤثر. وأوصت الدراسة بضرورة إطلاع الداعية على الكتب المختلفة الدينية والتربوية والاقتداء بالنموذج الدعوي الفريد وهو النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم مما يجعلها أكثر تأهيلا لخوض غمار الدعوة، وأن تحرص الداعية على بقاء جسور الأخوة والألفة والمحبة بينها وبين المدعوين وهذا ما يسهل عليها مهمتها وتؤتي ثمار دعوتها.

This study aimed to know the degree of use of communication and communication skills among female preachers in Rafah Governorate. The study sample consisted of 17 preachers who were deliberately selected from the study population, which consisted of 100 preachers. The tool was represented by a questionnaire consisting of 29 items. The arithmetic means, standard deviations, T-test to measure the degree of differences between the means, the One Way Anova test, and the Kruptach alpha correlation coefficient to verify the stability of the study tool. The study recommended the necessity of informing the preacher of the various religious and educational books and following the unique advocacy model, which is the Prophet, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, which makes her more qualified to engage in the da’wah, and that the preacher be keen on maintaining the bridges of brotherhood, familiarity and love between her and the invitees, and this is what facilitates her mission and bears the fruits of her vocation.
