المستخلص: نعالج في هذا المقال ظاهرة الهجرة غير الشرعية (الحراقة) من زاوية ودور العلاقات القرابية بين المهاجرين المقيمين في بلد المهجر وفي البلد الأصلي ودورها في دعم مشروع الهجرة بداية من البلد الأصلي وصولًا إلى أوروبا حيث يلعب العنصر القرابي دور هام في دعم مشروع الهجرة وتقديم ضمانات معنوية ومادية عند وصول المهاجر إلى بلد المهجر وهذا الدعم يمثل حافزًا للشباب في بلوغ أوروبا بمختلف الطرق ومن خلال معالجة موضوع دراستنا قسمنا البحث إلى محورين جانب في عرض الأدبيات والإشكالية والفرضيات وأهداف الدراسة وأهم المفاهيم المتعلقة بالهجرة غير الشرعية والعوامل التي تتحكم فيها والجانب الميداني خصصناه في المنهج المستعمل في الدراسة وعينة الدراسة والمجال الزمني والمكاني للدراسة ثم تطرقنا إلى تحليل نتائج الدراسة وتوصلنا إلى نتائج الدراسة المتمثلة في دور العلاقات القرابية في دعم مشروع الهجرة وفي تذليل الصعوبات التي يواجهها المهاجر عند وصوله إلى المهجر كما يعتبر عنصر القرابي محفزًا في الهجرة نظرًا إلى الدعم الذي يقدمه في نجاح مشروع الهجرة.

In this article, we deal with the phenomenon of illegal immigration (harraga) from the angle and role of kinship relations between immigrants residing in the country of emigration and in the country of origin and their role in supporting the immigration project from the country of origin to Europe. The kinship element plays an important role in supporting the immigration project and providing moral and material guarantees upon the arrival of the immigrant to the country of emigration, and this support represents an incentive for young people to reach Europe in various ways. By addressing the subject of our study, we divided the research into two axes. One side presents the literature, the problematic, the hypotheses, the objectives of the study and the most important concepts related to illegal immigration and the factors that control it, while the field aspect is devoted to describing the method used in the study, the study sample, and the temporal and spatial domain of the study. Then, we analyzed the results of the study and reached the findings of the study which consisted in the role of kinship relations in supporting the immigration project and in overcoming the difficulties faced by the immigrant upon his arrival to the country of emigration. The kinship element is considered as a motivator in immigration due to the support it provides in the success of the immigration project.

Dans cet article, nous traitons le phénomène de l'immigration clandestine (harraga) sous l'angle et le rôle des relations de parenté entre les immigrés résidant dans le pays d'émigration et dans le pays d'origine et leur rôle dans l'accompagnement du projet d'immigration du pays d'origine vers Europe, où l'élément de parenté joue un rôle important dans le soutien du projet d'immigration et offre des garanties morales et matérielles à l'arrivée de l'immigrant dans le pays d'émigration, et ce soutien représente une incitation pour les jeunes à atteindre l'Europe de diverses manières. En abordant le sujet de notre étude, nous avons divisé la recherche en deux axes, d'un côté en présentant la littérature, la problématique, l’hypothèse et les objectifs de l'étude et les concepts les plus importants liés à l'immigration illégale et les facteurs qui le contrôlent et l'aspect terrain que nous avons alloué dans la méthode utilisée dans l'étude et l'échantillon d'étude et le domaine temporel et spatial de l'étude. Ensuite, nous avons discuté de l'analyse des résultats de l'étude et atteint les résultats de l'étude représentés dans le rôle des relations de parenté dans l'accompagnement du projet migratoire et dans le dépassement des difficultés rencontrées par l'immigré à son arrivée dans la diaspora. L'élément de parenté est considéré comme un facteur de motivation dans l'émigration en raison du soutien qu'il apporte dans la réussite du projet d'émigration.
