المستخلص: إن الولاء والبراء، يعد أصلاً في التوحيد، وهو ثابت بلفظه ومعناه، ونظراً لحاجة الأمة الإسلامية إلى توثيق عرى الإيمان والولاء والبراء لله ولرسوله وللمؤمنين بعيداً عن المهادنة والتنازل عن مبادئ الدين نتيجة الفهم الخاطئ وضعف الإيمان والتبعية العمياء والتزلف، كان موضوع الدراسة: الولاء والبراء في سورة الكافرون (مظاهره وآثاره). وتبرز الإشكالية حول ماهية مفهوم الولاء والبراء الصحيح، وما مضمونه في سورة الكافرون، وما مظاهره فيها، وما آثاره على الفرد والمجتمع. والذي يهدف إلى بيان مفهوم الولاء والبراء وأبرز مظاهره من خلال سورة الكافرون، وآثاره، من خلال اتباع منهج التتبع والاستقراء للمصادر، ثم التحليل للسورة والاستنباط منها. فكان من أبرز نتائج الدراسة ضرورة تحقيق معنى الولاء لله تعالى ولدينه والبراء من الكفر وأهله، وأن ذلك من الإيمان الواجب، كما تجلت مظاهره في موالاة المؤمنين ومحبتهم ونصرتهم ورعاية حرمتهم، والتبرؤ من الشرك وأهله ومما يعبدون من دون الله تعالى، وبغض ما هم عليه من الكفر، لما لذلك من آثار تعود على الفرد والمجتمع بالألفة والمودة، والنصرة لدين الله تعالى.

Loyalty and innocence are a source of monotheism, and it is consistent in its word and meaning, and given the need for the Islamic nation to document the nudity of faith, loyalty and innocence to God, his Messenger and to believers away from truce and to renounce the principles of religion as a result of misperception, weak faith, blind dependency and arrogance, the subject of the study was loyalty and innocence in Surat al-Kafaroun (its manifestations and effects). The problem arises as to what the concept of loyalty and innocence is, what is guaranteed in Surat al-Kafaroun, what its manifestations are, and what its effects on the individual and society are. It aims to demonstrate the concept of loyalty and innocence and its most prominent manifestations through the Surat al-Kafaroun, and its effects, by following the approach of tracking and extrapolating sources, and then analysing and deriving from the surah. One of the most prominent results of the study was the need to achieve the meaning of loyalty to Allah, his two sons and the innocent of disbelief and his family, and that this is a duty of faith, as manifested in the loyalty, love and victory of believers and the care of their sanctity, and the disownment of the company and its people and those who worship without Allah Almighty, and regardless of their disbelief and hostility, because of the effects on the individual and society with intimacy, affection and victory for the religion of Allah Almighty.
