المستخلص: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تقصي مستوى الاحتراق النفسي لدى الممرضين بمصالح الطب العقلي في الجزائر العاصمة، والكشف عن علاقته بكل من متغيرات: الجنس، الحالة الاجتماعية، السن، على عينة قوامها (40) فرد، بالاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي المقارن واستخدام مقياس الاحتراق النفسي لـ:ماسلاش وجاكسون Jackson et Maslach (1981)، تمثلت الأساليب الإحصائية في المتوسط الحسابي واختبار "ت" "t" test لقياس الفروق، بالاستعانة ببرامج الحزم الاجتماعية الإحصائية Spss، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى النتائج التالية: -مستوى الاحتراق النفسي مرتفع لدى عينة من الممرضين بمصالح الطب العقلي في الجزائر العاصمة. توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في درجات الاحتراق النفسي لدى عينة من الممرضين بمصالح الطب العقلي في الجزائر العاصمة حسب متغير الجنس لصالح الذكور. -لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في درجات الاحتراق النفسي لدى عينة من الممرضين بمصالح الطب العقلي في الجزائر العاصمة حسب متغيري الحالة العائلية، والسن.

The current study aims to investigate the level of burnout among nurses working in psychiatry services in Algiers, as well as to reveal its relationship with gender, marital status, and age variables, on a sample of (40) informants, based on the comparative descriptive approach, and using the scale of Maslach and Jackson (1981). The statistical methods consisted of the arithmetic mean and the test "T" to measure differences, using of the statistical social package programs SPSS. The study reached the following results: -The level of Burnout is high among the sample of nurses working in psychiatry services in Algiers. -There are statistically significant differences in the level of burnout in the sample of nurses working in psychiatry services in Algiers in the gender variable in favor of males. -There are no statistically significant differences in the level of burnout in the sample of nurses working in the psychiatry services according to the marital status and age variables.

La présente étude vise à évaluer le niveau de Burnout chez le personnel infirmier des services psychiatriques d’Alger centre. Il s’agit d’étudier la corrélation entre le Burnout et les variables de sexe,l’ état matrimonial et l’âge sur un échantillon composé de 40 infirmiers travaillant dans les services de psychiatrie au niveau d’Alger centre . Les résultats obtenus sur la base d’une lecture comparative de l’utilisation de mesures du Burnout de Maslach et Jackson (1981) et les differences mesurées à travers le (t) test, montrent : - Un taux élevé des scores de l’échelle Burnout d’infirmières travaillant dans les services psychiatriques d’Alger centre ; - Des différences significatives dans les scores de l’échelle Burnout selon la variable sexe dans l’échantillon ; - Il n'y a pas des différences significatives dans les scores de l’échelle Burnout selon les variables: situation familiale, l'âge.
