الحمد لله وصلى الله وسلم على نبينا محمد، وبعد: فهذا بحث بعنوان "الغربة عن الأوطان أسبابها، أثارها وعلاجها من منظور شرعي). تضمن البحث مقدمة حوت أهمية الموضوع وأسباب اختياره وأهدافه ومشكلة البحث والدراسات السابقة والمنهج الذي اتبعه الباحث ولتناول هذا الموضوع تم تقسيمه إلى خمسة مباحث: المبحث الأول: مفهوم الغربة والوطن في اللغة والاصطلاح، وثانيها: الغربة في السياق القرآن والسنة النبوية، وثالثها: أسباب الغربة عن الأوطان وكيفية معالجتها، ورابعها: الآثار المترتبة على الغربة عن الأوطان، وخامسها: الوسائل الشرعية لمعالجة آثار الغربة عن الأوطان، ثم خاتمة اشتملت على نتائج وتوصيات. ومن خلال هذا البحث يظهر أن مفارقة الأوطان أصبحت ظاهرة شائعة بصورة كبيرة ولها أسباب متعددة اجتماعية واقتصادية وسياسية وحروب وغيرها، وأشارت النصوص الشرعية إلى شدة الغربة وقسوتها وأنها قد يترتب عليها آثار سالبة وإن حقق المغترب مكاسب مادية ومعرفية وغيرها؛ وإن من عظمة الشريعة الإسلامية عنايتها بأمر الغربة ويتضح ذلك بأن جعلت للغربة وسائل وقائية دافعة لتخفيف آثارها قبل وقوعها، وإجراءات رافعة لمعالجة آثارها بعد وقوعها وحصولها؛ وذلك لأن شريعتنا شريعة كمال وقد جاءت لإصلاح الحال والمآل.
The research included an introduction to the significance of the topic, the reasons for choosing it, its objectives, the research problem, previous studies, and the approach that the researcher followed. The second enquiry: Alienation in the Qur’anic context and the Prophet’s Sunnah. The third enquiry: causes of alienation from the homelands and their solutions. The fourth enquiry: the effects of alienation from the homelands. The fifth enquiry: the legitimate means of dealing with the effects of alienation from the homelands. Then the conclusion which consists of the findings and recommendations. Throughout this research, it appears that the leaving of homelands has become commonplace phenomenon for various causes such as social, economic, political ones and wars etc. The sharia texts indicated the severity and cruelty of alienation, and that it may result in effects and damages, even if the expatriate achieves material, cognitive and other gains; and one of the greatness of Islamic legitimacy caring about alienation, this is clearly seen through protective propelling means of alienation to alleviate its impacts prior to occurrence, procedures raising for handling its effects after its occurrence and happening, because our Sharia is a comprehensive sharia came to reform the situation and outcomes.
