المستخلص: Abu Abdullah Muhammad Ibn Al-Hus- sain Ibn Umar Al-Yamani wrote a book (Comparing the Proverbs of the Book of Kalila and Dimna with Similar Poetry from the Arabs) in the second half of the fourth century of migration. The importance of this book appears from the fact that its author compared the poetry of the advanced Arabs with literary proverbs in the book (Kalila and Dimna). We will study emulation as a comparative approach to know the way Abu Abdullah Al-Yamani followed in applying this approach to proverbs, and then we follow the connotations of objective proverbs, technical methods, and cultural implications.
