البحث الذي بين أيدينا يتضمن نموذجا لحدث من الأحداث الخطيرة في مجال الجاسوسية بين روسيا القيصرية والدولة العثمانية، مما كان له تأثير مهم في تطور الأمور بينهما عام ١٨٥٣ م في خضم حرب القرم التي أطلقتها روسيا ضد الدولة العثمانية في العام المذكور في محاولة لتقسيم ممالكها، وزيادة النفوذ الروسي الاقتصادي والديني والجغرافي، كذلك تُلقي الدراسة الضوء على بعض المعلومات، التي تعطي فكرة عن عالم الجاسوسية الخفي والمثير، وأوضحت الدراسة أن الجاسوس هو الشخص الذي يعمل في الخفاء، أو تحت شعار كاذب؛ ليحصل على معلومات عن العمليات العسكرية لدولة محاربة، بهدف إيصالها لدولة أخرى تعاديها؛ لتعزيز جبهتها، ولخدمة مصالحها السياسية والاستراتيجية، كما أظهرت النتائج أن الجاسوسية مسألة تحوي عددا من التناقضات. وتكمن أهمية هذا البحث في أنه وثائقي من الدرجة الأولى، يعتمد على الوثائق العثمانية، المحفوظة بالأرشيف العثماني التابع لرئاسة الجمهورية التركية بإسطنبول، والتي تكشف السياسة التي انتهجتها روسيا ضد الدولة العثمانية من خلال الحقائق التاريخية، كما تتجلى أهمية البحث في إبراز مظاهر العداء بين الإمبراطورية الروسية، والإمبراطورية العثمانية في القرن التاسع عشر، ومعرفة قوة الشعوب والأمم، ومدى ازدهارها، أو اندثارها، والسعي الحثيث من قبل الأقوياء للسيطرة، وتحديد المصير بكافة السبل، مشروعة كانت أم لا.
This research includes a pattern of one of the most important events in the field of the espionage between the Russian Tsarist and the Ottoman Ejmpire which has a great role in the development of events between them in 1853 AD. Through the Crimean war that Russia launched against the Ottoman Empire in the attempt to divide its kingdoms and increase the Russian economic, religious, and geographical influence. This research also sheds lights on the hidden and exciting world of espionage and showed that the spy is the person who works in a hidden way or under a false slogan to get information about. Military operations of a warring country to deliver it to the hostile country to strengthen its situation and to serve its political and strategic interests. The results showed that the espionage issue contains many contradictions. The importance of this research is based on that it’s documentary from the first class that depends on Ottoman documentaries which found in the Ottoman archives Affiliated to the Turkish Republic in Istanbul and that reveals Russia’s policy against the Ottoman Empire through historical facts. The importance of This research appears also in showing the manifestations of hostility between the Russian Empire and the Ottoman Empire in the nineteenth century and knowing the power of people and nations, and the extent of their prosperity and extinction, and the continuous pursuit by the powerful to control and determine the fate by all means whether legitimate or not.
