المستخلص: إن ثروة الدول اليوم، تعتمد بشكل متزايد على معارف ومؤهلات القوى العاملة لديها. إن الاقتصاد القائم على المعرفة هو نتيجة عدة تحولات للاقتصاد العالمي. كما يمثل الاقتصاد القائم على المعرفة رافعة عمل تمنح الدولة العديد من المزايا التنافسية. الهدف الأساسي لورقتنا البحثية هو أن نبين الدور الجوهري الذي يلعبه الاقتصاد القائم على المعرفة في ظهور الاقتصاديات الأفريقية. في هذا الإطار، لا بد من حشد جميع وسائل توعية المجتمعات الأفريقية. لبناء اقتصاد قائم على المعرفة، هناك مجموعة من الروافع الأساسية التي يجب تنفيذها.

The wealth of nations is increasingly based on the knowledge and skills of their labor force. The knowledge-based economy (KBE) is part of a long movement of transformation of world economies. EFC is a lever of action that gives a country many competitive advantages. Also, the central objective of our paper is to highlight that: EFC is the Achilles heel for the emergence of African economies. Thus, all the means of sensitizing African societies must be mobilized within this framework. For an effective realization of the EFC certain fundamental levers must be implemented.

La richesse des nations se fonde de plus en plus sur le savoir et les qualifications de leur force de travail. L’économie fondée sur la connaissance (EFC) se situe dans un long mouvement de transformation des économies mondiales. L’EFC constitue un levier d’action qui confère à un pays beaucoup d’avantages concurrentiels. Aussi, l’objectif central de notre papier est de mettre en exergue que : L’EFC constitue le talon d’Achille pour une émergence des économies africaines. Ainsi tous les moyens de sensibilisation des sociétés Africaines doivent être mobilisés dans ce cadre. Pour une concrétisation effective de l’EFC certains leviers fondamentaux doivent être mis en oeuvre.
