|a التنمية المستدامة تعني ضرورة مقابلة حاجات الأفراد من الحاضر دون المساس بحقوق الأجيال القادمة، وعدم قدرتها على مقابلة حاجاتها من السلع والخدمات، فهذا الأمر يستثني الاستدامة، وهي مقدرة النظم البيئية على التعاون والصمود في وجه المتغيرات الناتجة عن الاستخدام الجائر للموارد الاقتصادية بأحدث أساليب التكنولوجيا، فأضحت مهددا للبيئة والتنمية المستدامة، وشكلت هاجسا اقتصاديا وبيئيا، فكانت أهمية هذه الدراسة والغرض منها لفت النظر لظاهرة الاحتباس الحراري وارتباطها الوثيق بالبيئة والموارد الطبيعية في موضوع لم يتناوله الباحثون من قبل، لأن البيئة والتنمية المستدامة لاينفكان عن بعضهما البعض، فقد انعقد أول مؤتمر للبيئة والتنمية المستدامة في العام 1992 بمدينة ريو دي جانيرو ثم تلاه مؤتمر جوهانسبرج عام 2002 ومؤتمر كوبنهاجن عام 2009 وتناولت جميعها تأثيرات عوامل البيئة على التنمية المستدامة، فكان الهدف من هذه الدراسة تحقيق البعد الاستراتيجي والأمني للوصول إلى تنمية مستدامة مع عدالة توزيع الدخل القومي وتحسين مستوى معيشة الفرد ومحاربة الفقر، كما توصي الدراسة في طياتها الاهتمام بالدراسات السابقة في مجال البيئة والتنمية المستدامة.
|b Sustainable development means the necessity of meeting the needs of individuals from the present without compromising the rights of future generations and their inability to meet their needs of goods and services, this excludes sustainability, which is the ability to ecosystems to cooperate and withstand the changes resulting from the overuse of economic resources using the latest technology it has become a threat to the environment and sustainable development and constituted an economic and environmental concern, the importance of this study and its purpose was to draw attention to phenomenon of global warming and its close connection with environment and natural resources in a topic that researchers had not previously addressed, because the environment and sustainable development are inseparable from each other, the first conference on environment and sustainable development was held in 1992 in Rio de Janeiro, followed by the Johannesburg conference in 2002 and the Copenhagen conference in 2009 all of which dealt with effects of environmental factors on sustainable development, the aim of this study was to achieve the strategic and security dimension to reach sustainable development with affair distribution of national income, improve the standard of living of the individual and fight poverty. The study also recommends paying attention to previous studies in the field of environment and sustainable development.
