Ilegal housing is a construction that has a physical existence without legal existence. Algeria, like other countries, seeks to get rid of it in several ways. Some of these methods are considered violent because they are based on demolition and deportation. Others of these methods are qualified as soft, aiming, as a whole, to integrate illegal housing into the urban fabric and to develop it according to the assumptions identified in the urban plans. Based on the results obtained: What is the best method of dealing with illegal residential areas? Un logement illégal est une construction qui a une existence physique sans existence juridique. L'Algérie, à l’instar d'autres pays, cherche à s'en débarrasser de plusieurs manières. Certaines méthodes sont considérées comme violentes car basées sur la démolition et la déportation. Tandis que d'autres sont qualifiées de douces, visant à intégrer l'habitat illégal dans le tissu urbain et à le développer dans le cadre des hypothèses identifiées dans les plans d’urbanisme. Sur la base des résultats obtenus : Quelle est la meilleure méthode de traitement les quartiers d'habitation illégale ? |
