المستخلص: يعتبر الماء من أهم ضروريات الحياة، بكونه العنصر الطبيعي الذي لا يمكن التخلي، لأنه مؤشر الاستمرار في الحياة والبقاء، وبالتالي فإن هاجس كل الدولة تحقيق نسبة مهمة من الاكتفاء من الماء، وبالتالي فالمغرب من ضمن الدول التي فطنت منذ فترة الزمنية إلى أهمية الماء ودوره في الاستمرار والبقاء مما جعله أن يتبنى استراتيجية حكيمة تكمن في تبني تحقيق مشروع أكثر أهمية ألا وهو سياسة السدود، حيث هذه الأخيرة مرت بمجموعة من المراحل التاريخي جعلتها تكون نموذج يحتدى به في العالم. انطلقت هذه الاستراتيجية في 22 أبريل 2008، التي تهدف إلى جعل القطاع الفلاحي المغربي رافعة حقيقية للتنمية السوسيواقتصادية بالمغرب (تسريع النمو وتقليص الفقر وتقوية اندماج الفلاحة في الأسواق الوطنية والدولية). كما تهدف هذه الاستراتيجية إلى مواجهة العراقيل والمعيقات التي كانت تواجه القطاع الفلاحي.

Water is considered one of the most important necessities of life, as it is the natural element that cannot be abandoned, as it is an indication of the continuation of life and survival, and therefore the concern of the whole country is to achieve a significant percentage of water sufficiency, and therefore Morocco is among the countries that have become aware of the importance of water and its role in Continuity and survival, which have adopted a wise strategy which consists in adopting the realization of a more important project, which is the policy of dams, because the latter has gone through a set of historical stages which have made it a model to be followed in the world. This strategy was launched on April 22, 2008, which aims to make the Moroccan agricultural sector a real lever for socio-economic development in Morocco (acceleration of growth, reduction of poverty and strengthening of the integration of agriculture in national and international markets). This strategy also aims to overcome obstacles and obstacles facing the agricultural sector.

L'eau est considérée comme l'une des nécessités les plus importantes de la vie, car c'est l'élément naturel qui ne peut pas être abandonné, car elle est une indication de la continuation de la vie et de la survie, et donc la préoccupation de tout le pays est d'atteindre un pourcentage important de suffisance en eau, et donc le Maroc fait partie des pays qui ont pris conscience de l'importance de l'eau et de son rôle dans Continuité et survie, qui lui ont fait adopter une sage stratégie qui consiste à adopter la réalisation d'un projet plus important, qui est la politique des barrages, car ce dernier a traversé un ensemble d'étapes historiques qui en ont fait un modèle à suivre dans le monde. Cette stratégie a été lancée le 22 avril 2008, qui vise à faire du secteur agricole marocain un véritable levier de développement socio-économique au Maroc (accélération de la croissance, réduction de la pauvreté et renforcement de l'intégration de l'agriculture dans les marchés nationaux et internationaux). Cette stratégie vise également à surmonter les obstacles et les obstacles auxquels est confronté le secteur agricole.
