يهدف البحث إلى التعرف علي كيفية تطوير المنظومة الإدارية للاتحاد المصري للاسكواش، استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي وذلك لمناسبته لطبيعة البحث، تم اختيار عينة البحث بالطريقة العشوائية الطبقية من أعضاء مجلس إدارة الاتحاد وعددهم (5) أعضاء وأعضاء الأفرع وعددهم (١٨) و(٧) لاعبين دوليين و(٧) حكام و(25) مدرب، وكانت من أدوت جمع البيانات تحليل المراجع والوثائق والسجلات، استمارة الاستبيان، النموذج المقترح، وكانت أهم النتائج يوجد بالاتحاد المصري للاسكواش لائحة لتوزيع المكافآت على اللاعبين والحكام والمدرين والإداريين، لا يسمح مجلس إدارة الاتحاد بمشاركة مسئولي اللجان في اتخاذ القرارات، ويوصي الباحث بتطبيق المنظومة الإدارية المقترحة للاتحاد، تعاون الاتحاد مع المؤسسات المختلفة ومنها وزارة التربية والتعليم ووزارة الشباب والرياضة في نشر اللعبة، وتنظيم البطولات.
The research aims to identify how to develop the administrative system of the Egyptian Squash Federation, The researcher used the descriptive approach, due to its relevance to the nature of the research, The research sample was selected in a stratified random manner from the members of the board of directors of the federation, numbering (5) members and members of the branches, numbering (18), (7) international players, (7) referees and (25) coach, and one of the data collection tools was the analysis of references, documents and records. questionnaire form, suggested form, The most important results were that the Egyptian Squash Federation has a regulation for distributing rewards to players, referees, coaches and administrators. The Board of Directors of the Federation does not allow the participation of committee officials in making decisions, and the researcher recommends applying the proposed administrative system for the federation. The Federation cooperated with various institutions, including the Ministry of Education and the Ministry of Youth and Sports in publishing The game, organizing tournaments.
